As first time cruisers, we had loads of questions, and Brendan took the time and had the patience to answer each and every one of them very simply for us. Even when the cruise was over and we had a couple of wee issues, nothing to do with Brendan, he advised us all the way.

I normally book holidays myself but this was a special one where I felt a bit out of my depth and I wanted to get it absolutely right.

Nothing was too much trouble. Every query was answered quickly and honestly, and I never felt under any pressure.
