Went to Berwick upon tweed Hays i had seen a cruise with MSC i had told them about it and they checked everything for me,i went home and told my wife that it was good but my phone rang and it was Hays telling me they had phoned MSC about the cruise just checking some things and they ended up getting it cheaper for me,so brilliant thank you very much for doing a brilliant job could not be more happier

Best travel agents to deal with
We have been to your shop many times. All the staff we have met over the years have been extremely helpful and professional. Some of the girls are well known to us by name and sight. We are oaps with specific needs so not the easiest of customers but as always we were well catered for
