From my online enquiry to getting a phone call speaking to a lovely person to the driver and vehicle all was amazing AND ! the only cab firm willing to take dogs made my birthday even better as I could take my dog and it really was a notch above the rest if you have a medium sized dog everywhere says no but this really was lovely couldn’t fault it and the driver was early giving us plenty of time

Great service. Really good that you text us what car we are having and the drivers name. Drivers really nice and friendly.

They are honestly awesome! I booked a pick up for the airport but was running late. The driver had to go but booked another cab which arrived shortly.

We were shocked to be picked up in a taxi with no air conditioning when the temperature was 28degrees. This is not acceptable

I was told to look out for a gray Peugeot. Not only did the driver go to the wrong venue but when he finally arrived, insisted his clearly black car was “gray”.

The cab driver was 10 minutes late making us late for our train. We had to wait 45 minutes for the next train which had one change. Annoying with two small SEND children.

Prebooked taxi did not arrive on time, taxi was only sent when customer service was called but representative hang up on me when refund was requsteeld. Taxi driver was told that we are in hurry, he was really bothererld at all. Gladly we let enough time for delays so caught our train

Booked a taxi for 17.30 to attend my daughter’s graduation, only to be told at 17-33 it was 23 minutes away, just got there before the doors closed will never use again. Would give zero stars if I could

Turned up 10 minutes late which made us have to change plans. Asked me several times what way to go. Stopped to drop us off on a roundabout.

Great communication and super helpful with my booking particularly as my flight had been delayed by over 2 hours. I’m definitely going to be using Happicabs in the future.

Taxi was late AGAIN -today it was 25mn late with no communication at all until 5mn before their late pick-up time.
AGAIN, the reason to be late is because they had 2 jobs to do before picking us up. NOT IMPRESSED.
The driver said he wasn’t given a time of pick up although I booked it for 8am.
He said he is not informed of the time of picking up.
This is the second time Happycabs is very late to picking up for the same reasons.

I had to phone the company to ask where the taxi was.

Not a good review. We pre booked to go to a local wedding and they insisted on a large prepayment. They turned up late to both journeys. Half an hour late on the evening pickup with no contact. The driver was very apologetic but confirmed it was the booking office that cause the issue. Suggest use someone else
