Ernest Jones - Doncaster Arvostelua 

6 month old engagement ring, covered by astronomically expensive insurance and they won’t even cover a clasp retightening! The day the ring was due back in store was the FIRST TIME it was looked at. The repairers have said ‘wear and tear’ means the work done is not covered! It’s only 6 months old!

They have had my ring for 3 weeks, wanting me to pay £400 and no date as to when I will get it back. I’d avoid buying anything from Ernest Jones if you can.

Store staff cannot do anything and customers services are shut on weekends. Save your money and buy elsewhere!

Absolutely the worst customer service iv ever come across...my husband and I ordered our le Vian wedding rings from here and what an absolute joke ..my husband still has no wedding ring which we ordered in April and got married in July ..we both ended wearing rings on loan for our actual wedding and as I say my husband still hasn't got one ... absolutely everything went wrong with it that could possibly go wrong ..it's totally and utterly ruined the magic of our wedding rings ...will NEVER purchase from Ernest Jones again ! EVER!

We have ended up getting our money back the attached reply we rang and told them our story they said they would look into it and ring us back ...guess what ? ... nothing!...we r now looking for my husband a wedding ring 4 mths after we got married and 9mths after we excitedly ordered our rings 💔... absolutely heartbreaking!

Service at this shop is absolutely shocking management and supervisor level is the worst I’ve come across, after debating and finally agreeing a price on a repair of a ring, I expected the manager to speak to me on collecting my ring, on arriving to the shop the store assistant dealt with me whilst the manager did her best to avoid me, and on questioning if we get 12 month guarantee the manager addressed the other member of staff rather than me personally whilst I was stood right there, anyone would think the money comes out of the managers pocket awful store avoid and go elsewhere. You’ll get better service and jewellery elsewhere.

I called in to your store and found a ring I liked and purchased it so I decided to go back and buy my granddaughter a gold chain for her 18th birthday I picked one out priced at £99. Thinking very good value but as the assistant put it through the till it came up at £300 . She was very apologetic she went in the back to talk to her superior when she came back she was still very sorry for the mix up but she did say that I could have the chain for £150 which I excepted well impressed Thank you so much

Good range of bracelets for me to view. Pleasant friendly staff, very helpful, knowledgeable about the products. Previous jewellers we visited had a 10% discount on purchase if you signed up to website/newsletter so we asked if EJ did similar. Assistant said no, she checked with Manageress who also said no. Which was okay. Got home and discovered that they do indeed have such an offer. We could have saved £150!! Feel duped!

I was looking for a specific Olivia Burton watch for my daughter, it was a replacement for one she lost. The assistant was very helpful, and went out of her way to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. I never once felt rushed, and will certainly use this shop again. My daughter loved her new watch, which was a birthday gift.

We visited the Doncaster Frenchgate store to purchase a three gold bracelet and white gold emerald and Opal items. Although we purchased a bracelet we couldn’t obtain the other items on the day. However, Maryann advised us of the LeVian Trunk show on the 15th June and she booked us an appointment for 4pm. We would like say how helpful Maryann was with her overall knowledge of all the jewellery and to thank her for her enthusiasm for all the jewellery we enquired about. We are looking forward to our visit on the 15th.
