Dear Customer,
We have to follow the rules and send to collections if debt is not paid. Collection business have their own policies, that doesn't let us fall into unsatisfactory customer service.
Easy Cash is a great place to go for title and pay day loans.
The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and go out of their way to make transactions/borrowing efficient and quick.
A big shout out to Avi, who goes above and beyond for the customers.
I would have no hesitations recommending this business.
Their online application does not work. When you try to enter your next pay day, it constantly says “This is after the latest date allowed” and then it does not let you proceed to the next step. And their contact via message doesn’t work either. Any time you try contacting them, it says there was an error sending the message. They know that their service is trash and they don’t want to do anything about it
