DriveTime Car Sales - Sanford Arvostelua 

It was an experience and it’s been a long. Frank was great with explaining and trying to get me in and out since it was 45 mins to close but he didn’t let me empty handed. Car runs perfect. I pleased about the experience and the service that him and another guy helped me with.

Great sales person.

This company is full of nothing but lies. They tell you that you are pre-qualified and get you to come in. I went in on a Monday talked with the salesman. I told him that I couldn't do a deal until Wednesday when my check comes. Told him that I was on SSI and how much I made. He said everything was good. Went back on Wednesday and this time I saw a saleslady. When she looked at everything she said that I didn't qualify for a deal without a co buyer. That I don't make enough money. Ask her why her co worker said everything was good. She said she didn't know. Very poor company in my eyes. Even there website is full of nothing but lies.

Was very easy experience. From start to finish. Not like hours and hours at other dealerships. Maybe doing a soft pull before Iwent so I knew what I would qualify for? I liked checking everything off on the car too to make sure everything was working before I signed the papers

My experience was great from the time we walked in until the time we left... Any questions that we had were answered fully! The part I loved the most was it was HASSLE FREE and everything you seen online is the same in the office no gimmick's , no sales pitches, heavy credit hits and we didn't feel rushed or pressed! Recommend this place 100 percent

When I purchase the car, I’m trying to add it to my insurance policy there at the lot. The insurance company informed me that there was two open recalls on the car and that they couldn’t insure it properly. until I got the recalls taken care of and when I confronted the salesman about it, he said there was nothing he could do about the recalls that I would have to take it to the dealer to have it done. I wasn’t too comfortable at all about driving it off the lot without proper insurance, and in my opinion, the car should be looked at closer and if recalls need to be done, it should be done before the cars are put on the lot to be sold. Also, the salesman said that not all insurance companies look at the recalls that I should try somewhere else. Well, I’m sorry, but I don’t have those other insurance companies.

If I didn’t have to put that star I wouldn’t of put that one I didn’t even have my vehicle a month yet and already giving me problems when you call up there they are sending you to another company to deal with the problem the keys work when it wants to it is saying now I need a oil change it’s vibrating like crazy and the odometer is skipping on the mileage they sold me a straight lemon it’s I should’ve just left that dealership when the car I originally picked out didn’t start when I went to test drive it. You guys knew this was a lemon but sold it anyway stay away from this place because if something is wrong you are on your own to fix it I’m not even thirty days in yet my first carnite is not even due!

My first time at DriveTime, but I will be back.
DriveTime is less stressful than visiting other dealerships where they make you wait 20-30 mins to see/talk to someone about a car, make an offer, and then also wait another 30 mins so the person can 'go upstairs and check with my Boss’ ~equally absurd and disrespectful. Then, an additional wait to see if you ‘qualify’ for financing.

Everything and everyone on the Sanford team since the second I walked in was helpful, professional, and courteous. Matt and Julius helped me find a car I liked, get the paperwork approved, and get things signed; and then above and beyond, Brad helped me with my registration and plate. Follow-up phone calls and emails.

I was able to sell my car to DriveTime and that helped with my down payment. Lastly, I am rebuilding my credit and DriveTime not putting a ‘hard hit’ inquiry on my credit report helps me in my goal to increase my credit score.
