AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
bought and paid for a bed in store, delivery date arranged at point if sale. Delivery date arrives, normal texts and emails confirming order, date of delivery, 2 hour time slot and even name and mobile number of driver. Great. Good communication.... or so I thought. As what followed was nothing short of disgraceful.
Bed was not delivered in 2 hour time slot. Fine. Called driver, straight to voicemail, no answer. Called customer services, closes at 4pm. A company the size of dreams and it closes at 4pm?? Fine. Tried the live chat. Also closes at 4pm.........
So no bed on delivery date, no contact from dreams to provide an update nor explanation and no way to speak to anyone 🙄 so Dreams have my money but I have nothing to show for it.
Following day I contact dreams at lunch time, yes I called them still no contact from them to tell me where my bed is. Call customer services, 90 minute wait to get through with a message to opt for Web link to send inquiry. Fine. Complete inquiry form, automatic email response, they will contact me in 4 to 7 days!!!!!
Fine. Try the live chat, 224 people ahead of me!!!!
Call the store. Spoke to a helpful gentleman, but he can't help as i submitted the web inquiry which had been allocated to someone, so he couldnt do anything.
Go back onto live chat, someone responds EVENTUALLY and after me typing what my issue is, radio silence, reply.
So another day with my 11 year old son not having a bed. As guess what we followed instructions and dismantled the bed!!!!
So here we are nearly a week down the line, no bed, no contact from dreams to explain what's went wrong or apology and my son sleeping on the couch or floor. Check online for cancellation policy, you can't cancel your order after 3 days of buying in store. So Dreams, you have my money, I have no bed......
My next call, trading standards.
Have used dreams for all my beds in the past, NEVER AGAIN.......

Went to Dreams, Hedge end Southampton and had a lovely time choosing our first mattress. Nichola helped us throughout and made our first experience amazing. Chose the best bed for us and two extra amazing pillows that I never knew existed!

Not too long delivery dates - 1 month but shorter than online. Could be quicker though.

I had an amazing experience at the team valley story. Amanda was very welcoming and friendly proving excellent service. She gave us ample time to explore the shop then gave us amazing information and advice when we needed it. She helped us test mattresses and pillows fit to our interest. A difficult decision was made easy thanks to Amanda.

Fantastic from start to finish at Tamworth Dreams. We were greeted at the door and helped throughout our visit. Katie was very knowledgeable, funny and patient. She was the perfect combination of supportive without being in the slightest bit pushy. Fully recommend.

Due to medical reasons, we needed to cancel an order for a very expensive mattress. Was told by the local store manager that monies paid (£1700+) would be refunded within 5-7 working days. That was 11 days ago. Trying to contact their customer services by phone impossible due to 90 minute wait times. The store staff are honest, helpful and hard working, but the core organisation is untrustworthy. I'm have no option now other than to refer the matter to a solicitor in order to recover refund monies, costs and interest.

I had a positive experience at the Dream store in Ruislip.Mr Paul was very friendly and he gave us a great advice .Excellent service and very helpful!!!

Our experience of shopping at Dreams was made simple and easy by Michele. From the mattress measuring machine, guidance about what mattress types they had, to taking us to the appropriate items that suited our requirements and budget. I highly recommend Dreams for highly informed service and wide range of options for all needs and budgets.

Staff were very helpful to show us exactly what we were looking for. Very friendly and not at all pushy. It made our experience easy to narrow down exactly what we needed.

Order of £3000. All went very well in store. That's where it ended. Delivery didn't turn up on Sat. Store were unable to help, customer service do not work at the weekend.
Come Monday it didn't get any better. On calling customer service being told I was 190 in the queue, I requested a call back, told approximately 90 minutes. 6 hours later I'm still waiting. Needless to say I have cancelled the order & even that wasn't easy. Store say they have emailed to cancel, but it's taking 5 days for a response..
The most dreadful company I've ever dealt with. Steer clear is my only advice.

Today we bought our first mattress and bed in Dream Liverpool Edge Lane. We had a smart scan to choose the perfect bed for ourselves and tried over 8 beds. The team at the store were so helpful and special mention to John who was so insightful and answered our 100 questions amazingly, thank you so much!

Absolutely outstanding service in the Doncaster store today. We were served by Haydn who was amazing. Immediately offered to let us browse without being harassed but as soon as we did require assistance the service was top notch. Each given a coffee and was made to feel right at home. Could not fault the service offered by Haydn and would recommend the shop to anyone.

Diane the sales assistant was so warm and welcoming, as well as being patient and extremely knowledgeable.
