Dreams Arvostelua 

After buying another mattress online luckily with a 200 night trial we have decided to return as not for us,
So next stop dreams in Taunton knowing that we needed to go on the sleep science bed and find the perfect firmness for us, with pillows in hand sermet went through all the beds that were in our comfort range also showing examples of slightly softer or firmer we finally decided on the first mattress we tried, Justin then talked though all finance options with a coffee and we left feeling very happy a few freebies.

Went in thinking Dreams was a cheap discount store but was knocked out by the technology and the brilliant service given by the store manager whose name I think was Geoff(this was the truro branch)
This is is a fantastic store
As for the prices they were brilliant too

We had an outstanding experience at Dreams King's Lynn. From the moment we walked in, Lucie made us feel welcome by offering us refreshments and taking the time to understand exactly what we were looking for.

She patiently guided us through the wide range of mattresses, explaining the differences between each one and helping us find the best option to suit our needs. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured, and her knowledge and professionalism made the whole experience enjoyable.

Lucie also took us through the payment process, clearly explaining every step, the finance options available, and the delivery choices to ensure our mattress would arrive safely.

A special thank you to Kieth as well, who was friendly, welcoming, and equally helpful throughout on our previous visit.

We've visited several Dreams stores, and it's fair to say that the customer service at Dreams King's Lynn has been the best by far. The team went above and beyond to make our experience a positive one, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new mattress.

Emma at the Salisbury store was very helpful and attentive when we came in to choose a new mattress.

I was served by jasmin at the Blyth branch ,I was astounded at how good the service was in store ,I won’t buy anywhere else ,5 ⭐️ service ,was even offered a cuppa and biscuit and used the amazing sleep match ,thank you :)

Called the Dreams customer service to fix an order. Adiba showed up on the other end of the call. She was incredibly intelligent, professional, patient, and proactive. She resolved all my issues efficiently and with a genuinely caring attitude that turned a frustrating experience into a positive one any customer could possibly dream of. Her dedication is a true asset to the Dreams team.

Amazing!, sleep match experience was amazing help to find the right mattress! Secret was amazing help!

We were looking for a new mattress but didn’t know what to look for. Rob was very helpful and knowledgeable. He put us on the machine and helped us try a few mattresses until we found the one we felt right for us.

Calvin gave great advise on how to pick our mattress. He explained everything clearly and answered all our questions.

The staff in the Mallard Road Bournemouth Dreams store were excellent. Kieran greeted us and offered us tea/coffee and listened carefully to what we were looking for, then showed us a range of mattresses for comparison and waited patiently while we tried them all. He explained the differences clearly and showed and told us all about the bed we had chosen from their website. We discussed the delivery and old items disposal options and the breakdown of all the costs. The whole experience was a pleasure throughout, and we would not hesitate to recommend them.
