Great service

We visited the Hedge End store and Ben was very helpful.
We used the sleep match bed, which was good. Ben then gave us a pillow each to use while testing out different mattresses.
He remained professional throughout but personable and not heavy on the sales.
Overall, great experience. We found the perfect bed for us.

Amazing Team, Highly Recommend!!

We have been shopping at the Ipswich branch for many years, and found ourselves needing to purchase a couple of beds. The team onsite was amazing, very knowledgable and friendly. We were asking on a couple of occasions if we would like a drink as it was a hot day. Due to the team onsite at ipswich we would never shop elsewhere, or with another branch, keep us the incredible job!!!

Russell was really helpful

Russell was really helpful. The mattress matching machine was quick easy way to narrow down our choices and then we had plenty of time to compare suitable mattresses. Very good service

Edwina at the New Cross branch was…

Edwina at the New Cross branch was super helpful. Had a really pleasant experience. Gave us our own space and we didn’t feel like we were being pushed into making a decision. Thank you!

Very professional service

Member of staff was very helpful. Used sleepmatch bed to identify best type of bed i needed. She explained things fully, identified three suitable beds and left me to try them. I chose a bed and she completed all the necessary paperwork and arranged delivery.

Unreal customer service

It was genuinely such a good experience. Doug was so helpful when it came to picking a mattress. We could tell he was genuinely passionate and understood all our needs as well as the importance of having a good mattress. Would highly recommend anyone to see him for any help in picking a mattress.
