New mattress buying experience.
We were welcomed into the shop, offered a drink, used the 'perfect bed finder machine' and shown compatible mattresses in a nice relaxed manner. Our mattress guide was a very knowledgeable man called Richard who normally works in the Macclesfield shop.

Excellent
I had visited the store in Durham a couple of times and made a decision to purchase on this occasion. The staff were very friendly and showed where the beds were in store that I had seen on line, explaining the options available and allowed time, without any pressure, to look around. Katie then took me through the process of finding the correct mattress using the sleep match equipment, which was a very good, comfortable experience.
The staff were both friendly and polite offering me a drink while I was considering my choices. I ordered a bed and mattress that were in the sale at a good price without any pressure and am awaiting a delivery date.

Very nice sales assistant guy was very helpful
The sales guy was very helpful, he showed us every mattress that would suit us after using the machine that finds the best one for you . He didn’t rush and gave us space to test them all . We had a lovely cup of tea and the staff were all very happy & friendly . We found our perfect mattress (hopefully )and left very happy customers!! A really pleasant shopping experience, well done guys !!!

He offered us tea and took time to assist us in our decision making when choosing the mattress for my elderly, disabled mother. He’s explanations were very thorough and she was able to try the mattress for comfort. On arrival she was given the opportunity to do a virtual sleep match as well. He was a true gent and a valuable asset to your store.
