Simon in the Bromborough store offered us great assistance in narrowing down and choosing the right mattress from their wide selection

We ordered our bed some time ago. The store experience was fine. However, after 3 promised delivery dates we are still waiting for our sons bed. We have rung and emailed numerous times but haven't yet found someone who cares.
We were promised a £100 rebate but this hasn't materialised yet either.
Will be asking for a full refund if this matter isn't sorted tomorrow!

Aaron was very polite and helpful. He gave us good advice on mattresses and allowed my daughter to try different ones. He gave good guidance on beds suitable for children. He gave us time to work out what would work for us best and I didn't feel pressured to buy.
Aaron was very professional when I decided to go ahead and buy the beds.

Sue and Amanda were phenomenal, from the beginning took us through sleepmatch which identified what would be best suited for myself and my partner together. Always felt at ease and they kindly took their time showing us around each product. Ended up getting the Tempur 20 which has been 10/10

Claire at the Erdington Dreams was very helpful & professional.

Ordered two mattresses in store on August 7th for delivery today Sept 2nd. Old mattresses went off to recycle .
Email to say delayed until 16th Sept!
Phoned up yesterday & told actually delivery could be today through AIT.
Nothing today & on phoning told they’re no longer available despite still on website- said no idea when delivery could be. Dreams ….eh more like Nightmares !

Great customer service from Mohit at Leeds, Birstall. We wanted a sofa bed and went tour nearest store Halifax and asked to see one. We were told to go to Leeds as they had them there so not really helpful. However, at Leeds we were told they didnt have them in store but Mohit was quick to sit us down and explain the colour shade and size and ordered us a swatch. Great service that resulted in a sale.

Boughta tv bed in june 2026 ( with new mattress ) from Derby branch meteor
It was due to be delivered 26/7/26
When it arrived mattress lost !
Paid to have it assembled and it was broken at end of bed ! Delivery guys took photos
Phoned customer service they said would deliver following Saturday / waited NO delivery
Called on the Monday as Not open weekends !
Arranged for replacement bed and mattress to come Wednesday 26/8/26 mattress finally here but wait still nothing for bed ????
