Popped into our local store to have a browse and was greeted by Shelby who was very friendly and super knowledgeable she really helped us pick the best mattress for us and we even added some pillows too - can’t wait to get our order

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction regarding the delivery of my mattress, which is scheduled for August 18th. We paid for this product three weeks ago, and the level of service we have received since then is unacceptable.

Yesterday, I received a text message confirming that the delivery was on time. However, today I received an email stating that the product is delayed and that I will be updated within 48 hours. This contradictory communication is extremely frustrating, especially given that we have already paid for the item in full.

Both my partner and I have had to rearrange our schedules to be at home because the mattress is too heavy to lift alone. Not knowing when it will actually arrive causes major disruption.

I expect a prompt explanation for this delay and a confirmed, guaranteed delivery date and time slot as soon as possible.

We were advised by Amir today and he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us some great advice and things to consider when choosing a new mattress. Would highly recommend.

Sue (metro centre) served me and could not have been more helpful or pleasant. She explained the details of the product, covering the both pros and cons, making it all very clear. The whole process was very smooth, friendly and smooth,and we came away very happy relaxed customers,with a new bed.

Made very welcome by Brett. Tried the Sleepmatch. We were offered drinks and choice of pillow. We were left to browse once we had all the information. With no pressure. We made our choice of mattresses and were very happy.

We have been in the Durham branch twice now and spoke with Jason both times, he listened to mine and my husband's needs and tailored everything to us. Jason’s knowledge was absolutely fantastic, he had patience with us and was very informative about all the different options available. Jason was also fantastic with our daughter who absolutely hates shopping, she has asked to go back just to see Jason! We have came away with an amazing bed, mattress and extras. Probably the best sales/customer service experience we have had, thanks Jason, you are a credit to Dreams and we will see you very soon I’m sure, when our daughter needs a bed :)

We dealt with Dreams Portsmouth, where Timi helped us with the ‘sleep match’ system. We were prepared to spend a large amount but… there was a limit.
Timi helped us with our budget and matched us to. Therapur Actigel 4000.
It is brilliant.

Cool in 30+ heat and super comfy.
I had a large part of my colon removed and the mattress and bed proved invaluable.
We have just been back to Niamh and Timi to buy our daughter a mattress topper- to get her off our bed!!!
We 100% recommend Dreams Portsmouth and Timi and Niamh.

Absolutely fantastic service from the man in Dreams at Kings Lynn ( sorry didn't catch your/his name). He was so helpful & had the perfect balance of staying with us to help & advise, with also leaving us to try the mattresses out by ourselves & discuss, so it wasn't at all awkward for the 2 introverts that we are! 🙂

Raghuraj did a fantastic job at helping me and my sister find our individual mattresses that fit our bed requirments. He showed us the find your perfect mattress technology and it hassively helped with understanding what we each needed for our specific body types and found us a great deal for both our mattresses
