Ordered a bed on the 12th of August which said would be available. But now apparently not available till 11th of September. Shocking services will never use them again

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service – you can truly see his passion for his work!

We came to look for a mattress for our new home, and this was the very first store we visited. We didn’t know much about the different options at first, and we feel so incredibly lucky to have found exactly what we wanted here on our very first visit.

We were helped by Robert, who was professional, friendly and endlessly patient. He gave us all the time we needed, listened carefully to everything we were looking for, and went above and beyond for us. We saw him carry mattresses himself, check prices thoroughly and double‑check stock availability, all with such energy and care – you can really see how much he loves his job. He also made sure everyone in our family felt welcome and looked after, including our children.

The whole team worked together so smoothly and brilliantly too. We would also like to say a special thank you to the lovely Louise (we hope we have the name right!) for looking after us so kindly as well.

We arrived just after 6pm, and never expected to find exactly what we wanted so quickly and easily – it solved everything for us in no time at all.

Thank you so much Robert – we will definitely be back, and will happily recommend you to everyone we know!

Just come back from ordering our new bed from Dreams. The staff were very friendly, courteous and attentive, answering all of our queries and explained fully all parts of the price, and even gave us a good deal on the mattress protector that we bought. Cannot wait to take delivery now! 🙂

Annette was extremely helpful when we came into the store, she helped us find the bed and mattress we were looking for and got the ball rolling really quickly.

Her and Scott even stayed behind one day to help me get the deal over the line which is much appreciated! Thanks to both of them.

Delayed my delivery at last possible minute with the most pathetic email making sure they covered every excuse possible without any actual detail. Delivery date was already past the original time frame and had to be chased up. Had already booked day off work and removal of old mattress, neither of which bothered them.

Out of this world experience. My mum has disabled issue and it shows. Not only did Roger made us feel welcome. Help took care of my mother’s needs when it comes of her comfort with the different options, he took his time with us. We had such a good time I even bought a mattress as well mid way through. If you ever want to get a mattress or even a bed in Rugby go to Dreams and speak to Roger.

Moremi made buying our mattress a very easy and enjoyable experience.
There was no pressure selling, she gave us an excellent range of options after using the dreams machine including payment options.

Chris and Dominique were great from Wednesbury Junction 9 retail park, they were friendly and helpful nothing was too much work! Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely shocking service. I genuinely struggle to understand how there can be so many positive reviews based on our experience.

We have spent over £7,000 with this company, yet the customer service has been virtually non-existent. We repeatedly struggle to get hold of anyone. Calls go unanswered, emails receive no response, and even the live chat seems impossible to get a reply from.

I am extremely surprised at the level of service we have received. Spending this amount of money and then being unable to get basic support is incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing from this company. We certainly expected far better service.

We visited the MetroCentre store and bought a bed and mattress. Jane who served us was great and very knowledgeable and personable. I would not hesitate in recommending Dreams and Jane.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Ordered a bed from the Blyth store on the 24.5.26. Waited several weeks and received confirmation that the bed would finally arrive on Friday. We dismantled the bed in preparation to be told a day later the bed would not be delivered until 10.9.26 15.5 weeks after it was first ordered.

My bed delivery was cancelled with no notice after I had cleared the bedroom and arranged everything around the agreed delivery date.

I have now been told I must wait approximately another month, with no further meaningful compensation for the inconvenience and disruption caused.

The lack of communication and responsibility has been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would think very carefully before ordering from Dreams.

Wow what an Asset to the team Callumn is (LUTON STORE ) after alot of back and forwards with other staff members, he was along with Steve the manager who went about and beyond to make sure i was a happy costomer, Callumn has amazing people skills and sales skills i never felt pressured into anything and he made us feel at ease and we certainly felt special and that we made the right choice purchasing from the luton store his knowledge of all the bed bases and mattresses was amazing even calling out some measurements for my bedside unit so thanks to you Callumn im now a happy costomer.

Stinela at Staines branch is amazing she is super helpful and resolved many things that customer service messed up. The delivery men were amazing and did a great job.

In Watford, they have a machine that based on your information and sleeping position, judges a selection of the best mattresses for you.
That alone isn't enough, and the staff member (Gabriel) who helped me, demonstrated exceptional knowledge, not only knowing all the specs of each mattress, but based on my description of my experience with each mattress, was able to apply his expertise to recommend other mattresses.
Gabriel showed he cares about the customer and wants to do his job to the best of his ability. He was kind, patient and had a calm demeanor, all aspects that helped greatly with an experience I was initially apprehensive about. 10/10, would buy a mattress while being helped by Gabriel again.

Absolute joke of a company. I am so disappointed yet again have been let down by delivery.
I have been promised 2 delivery dates now. I have sent loads of emails and no one gets back to you apart from the shops. No customer service is available, a very long queue.
I was told I couldn’t pay balance last week but don’t worry it won’t impact the delivery. I’ve been sat waiting since 8am.
I now have no bed!
Still no telephone call. Do not order a bed from this company. Wayne at customer services or Mr Hirst why is no one calling me. Please do not send another email I want urgent call!

Incredible service from the guys in Kidderminster! They’re always so accommodating and welcoming! They’re easy to talk too and answer any questions you have!

First of all, it's unacceptable that a company of this size doesn't have proper customer service. You can't reach anyone when you call, and if the chat is active on the website, there are about 500 people in the queue (and that's only if the chat is active, as it's often closed).

I'm still waiting for a refund or hoping to reach someone in customer service for the cancellation of the bed I purchased on 22/06/2026. It's been two full months.

A complete disappointment; if you value your money and time, stay away from this company.
