Denil the shop assistant was so helpful and friendly. He answered any questions we had about the tall fridge that we were looking to buy. I had been in a different DID branch the day before but Denil made our shopping experience so much better. 10/10

SVisited the Tullamore store on Wed 26th to "only" look at hoovers, was immediately greeted by Mandy who was so helpful and gave great advice on the pros and cons on various brands available. Within 10 mins I left the store with a new Shark hoover.

I had a wonderful experience with DID Electrical in Limerick. From my initial phone call to enquire whether the product I needed was in stock, right through to the moment I walked out the door with my purchase under my arm, the entire experience was absolutely delightful—thanks to Georgiana.

This young lady is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. She made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Her excellent customer service has certainly made DID Electrical my first and only stop for future purchases of electronics and appliances.

We ordered a washing machine and dryer set worth €1,199 on August 20, 2026. The initial delivery arrived on August 25, but upon unpacking, we noticed that the washing machine was visibly dented at the back.
My wife went to the store the following day to complain, and we were promised a replacement delivery for August 27. The delivery arrived today, but to our absolute shock, the second washing machine was also dented and damaged in almost the exact same spot.
In the end, the delivery team took both the washing machine and the dryer back, claiming new ones would only be delivered next Tuesday. This is completely unacceptable. Due to sheer carelessness and a total lack of basic quality control, we are left without essential home appliances for nearly a week after paying a substantial amount of money. Delivering damaged items twice in a row is utterly unprofessional.

Colm served me and he was excellent, complete attention to what I needed without interruption. I would recommend DID 100% and speak with Colm he will look after the customer with full attention.

We ordered a microwave on Friday and its been a week and we still havent received the order.
When we called customer care they said its with DPD and DPD says its with DID electrical. Could you please look into this on urgent basis

Friendly reception on arrival to the store and we were assisted to receive all the information we needed to make the decision of our purchase promptly and with ease. Overall a positive retail experience and Elaine provided excellent customer service on the day.

Swift, fast delivery. The hoover is light, great suction however battery doesn't last that long, especially when its on the max setting, thats just the downside otherwise happy with purchase.
