DID Electrical Arvostelua 

Called into DID store in Bandon Co.Cork this morning to look for a double over as our 16 year old over has given up🥹.We met with Linda she was dealing with another customer when we arrived and when was just heading on her break when she saw us looking a bit lost trying to work out what was best for us.Well I have to say Linda couldn't have been more helpful and honestly myself and my two kids couldn't have been in better hands.We looked at all the options and learnt a few new things too. Purchase made and very happy with our experience and will definitely be back in the future.Thank you.

Easy to order, however I had paid and completed order before being informed by email that item was a special order and would therefore take two weeks to arrive from order date. I called into store for updates and staff were very good and gave me more detail.

Mandy was a great help to us.
She is what will bring us back to this store again and again 😀

I recently purchased a washing machine - opted and paid for installation.
The person who delivered the machine was under time pressure, spoke NO English and told me a small plastic seal needed to be replaced- I asked him could he not do it, but he shrugged his shoulders and left me with a new washing machine which was un- usable - I have a sick relative staying and really need a washing machine ( my old one was working fine but I wanted an upgrade)
I contacted DID to try and explain situation and look at options, they were NO HELP at all
Why offer installation ( and take money for same) when you cannot provide this service ..
VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞

Deva is amazing. I met him in DID Airside after being badly let down by a neighbouring competitor. He was able to calm me down and offer me an even better deal on the 77 inch tv that I was after. Deva was knowledgeable and practical. 10 out of 10 Deva!

Still have not received my parcel

Emma was so helpful. From welcoming into the store, guiding me through all the appliances, getting a great bundle deal. It is such a minefield when ordering a whole new kitchen full of appliances and she made it so easy. Also, so kind and understanding to my 5 year old who obviously doesn't like to go appliance shopping. Emma made it so easy.

I have been shopping in DID Tallaght for a number of years because I find the staff very helpful and friendly, I purchased a Kettle and two hairdryers last Sunday Rima served me and as usual was very helpful and explained about my purchases I give a five star for the service 😁

Boils fast- water bubbles in minutes.
Steady low simmer-perfect for delicate sauces that used to burn.
Wipe clean-food does not stick to the glass.
I highly recommend it !

I choose a delivery date of the 5th August. The product did not arrive. I phoned DID on the 7th, was told it would arrive on the 10th. I phoned DID at lunchtime on the 10th as no notification that morning. Was told it would arrive on the 11th. It did not arrive on the 11th as the driver was sick. I had to phone again to find this out. The product eventually arrived on the 12th- a new combi oven which is perfect and working well. However as the operative who installed it was removing the old oven from our home the glass door on the old oven shattered all over our kids outdoor play area.. all quite frustrating!
