Didn't get my invoice emailed to me and forgot half my delivery
Didn't get my invoice emailed to me, had to ring them for it. Then they delivered my hob 1 weeks later but forgot about my oven and tried to say they could only deliver in 2 weeks after I ordered it despite confirming they would be delivered together. Would go to any other seller.

Once again the service was amazing. Eoin was very knowledgeable and patient as well as checking to ensure I got the best price. I would highly recommend this store and Eoin and I'll definitely be returning

Bought a Braun steam iron today from DID Clearwater Dublin 11. The salesman Patrick was great, good humoured and put me at my easy as I’m not great on ironing! Helped me with recycling my old appliance which is very easy at DID, no hassle at all. All in all a good experience at DID today!

Bought a refurbished laptop from DID electrical website on Sunday, it arrived on Tuesday w/ charger included. Incredible speed for shipment and will definitely consider them when ordering tech in the future!
