Staff great. Shop is nice.
My problem was as a landlord I'm buying a lot and it's very annoying if I enter your shop to buy an advertised special price product and it's out of stock
This leaves a sour taste in my mouth.

Dealt with Reese in Clonmel store and he was extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks for the help

old kettle failed and needed a new kettle quickly, went to local did and got a nice kettle at a reasonable price and took the old kettle no issues. Friendly staff and fast and efficient service.

Joe served us in store and offered practical advice, some of which we hadn't considered ourselves. When we asked to see the chest freezers he brought us to the display and then took out his tape measure. He advised considering an few cm of additional clearance at the side to allow the fan/heater to function properly when in place and measured the height of the freezer with the lid open(a measurement not available when looking online). He had in depth knowledge on the reliability of the make, size options and other freezer types we could consider. We were confident that we were choosing the right unit for us. Joe clearly has years of experience and is passionate about ensuring that the customer gets an appliance that will serve them well for years.

Oisin and his co worker were very helpful in assisting me when trying to pick out a coffee machine. They had great knowledge of there large stock of coffee machine and gave great recommendations for my needs

The whole experience in DID was amazing. As soon as we walked in the staff greeted us with a smile. Joseph helped us choose between a few options and took his time advising us on the right TV for us and our new home. He was very friendly and took his time helping us. Our experience overall was extremely positive

Bought a washing machine from Paul. Great service, excellent product knowledge and no hassles. Very competitive on price. Would definitely come back.

We have been custumers at DID Electrical Crumlin for over 10 years now. Marcos have been assisting us in the past few times we've been in the store. His Class A customer service and products knowledge are a plus. He waa very helpful and attentive to details during all the sale precess. Ordered oven and hob and selected day. Website automatically gave me a different day which was 5 days later.

I rang the clonmel store and spoke to Billy who immediately accommodated me by changing the delivery date for the next day. Have to say it made a big difference as I have a three year old to consider. Thanks Billy 💫
