Friendly reception on arrival to the store and we were assisted to receive all the information we needed to make the decision of our purchase promptly and with ease. Overall a positive retail experience and Elaine provided excellent customer service on the day.

Swift, fast delivery. The hoover is light, great suction however battery doesn't last that long, especially when its on the max setting, thats just the downside otherwise happy with purchase.

We had a very good experience in the store with Srushti. She came to us and asked if we needed help and then was able to answer all of our questions. She was very knowledgable and honest, and we felt we could trust what she was saying. She has a lovely way with people and we’re delighted with this service. We’d been to other suppliers in the same location and they can’t compare.

Great service gas delivery

My elderly mum bought 2 phones with cash and after 10 days no products ,when we returned for refund she was told they couldn't return her cash sum of money in method she had paid despite it not been written on her receipt or on the cash desk . ,It's very unfair for elderly that do not have access to online services to be refused refund in the method they paid After a lot of dispute , they did refund but not to her to her daughter ...unsatisfactory

Didn't get my invoice emailed to me, had to ring them for it. Then they delivered my hob 1 weeks later but forgot about my oven and tried to say they could only deliver in 2 weeks after I ordered it despite confirming they would be delivered together. Would go to any other seller.

I bought a new Ninja coffee machine from DID in Limerick. I returned to DID as I was very impressed with the service I had received when I purchased a hoover and dehumidifier earlier this year. Once again the service was amazing. Eoin was very knowledgeable and patient as well as checking to ensure I got the best price. I would highly recommend this store and Eoin and I'll definitely be returning
