Smooth Experience and Fantastic Staff at DID

We popped into the store with a clear idea of what we wanted to buy based on their competitive prices and quality, but Brendan’s guidance went far beyond our expectations. He was incredibly helpful and made the entire process seamless from start to finish. We will definitely recommend DID for all appliance needs—their staff, prices, and customer service are truly unmatched!

I ordered click and collect online

I ordered click and collect online. I never received any email to state items were ready. I had to call and check. Staff member on the phone and in the collection centre wasnt the friendliest at all. I wouldn't be in a rush to spend so much money there again.
