I tend to be apprehensive of buying things online but blue banana has been just lovely! I bought two pairs of tights and a stunning claw clip- which with shipping totaled to just over £16 which I was very happy with :)
Shipping went quickly and my items arrived within two days so very impressed in that aspect.

My friend and I got piercings in Reading today, honestly the best piercing experience I’ve had. Everyone there was so lovely and our piercer Gio is officially my favourite person 😂. My friend and I were laughing with him the whole time, literally such a lovely human and so good at what he does. Thank you for such a great experience.

My hair dye arrived on time

I received a very warm welcome from staff. They arranged my piercing quickly and efficiently. Everything was explained and opportunity for questions. The actual piercing was performed with professionalism and great care by Sophie. I am ecstatic about my piercing. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about a piercing. Great staff and fabulous shop.

Bought a pair of Banned Apparel trousers which weren't cheap, I contacted the shop via email has been over a month they never replied, I sent all photos required as proof, the fabric between the legs after 1 wear started making fluff which is not acceptable as I had bought them 2 days before and still had receipt. Contacted the general customer service of Blue Banana and they said I would have to physically go to the shop. I don't live near Nottingham and was there for Download Festival. The shop was completely non-responsive and Blue Banana general customer service not helpful at all. Won't be purchasing anything else from them.

Had such a great experience. And so friendly. Harriett and Heather were so professional and kind excellent at their job!

I visited the Plymouth store on 1 August and I have to say the store is amazing. It has a really wide range and the store is extremely clean. I must give a special mention to Matty who went beyond great customer service. Matty was so helpful, kind, patient and knowledgeable - I wish I could give the review 10 stars!

I went there with my mum for my first lobe piercing and it was an amazing experience, Kirsty was lovely and really helped when I felt a bit wobbly, she helped explain why I was feeling like that (also the blue raspberry lolly was delicious and gave me a blue tongue) I'd really recommend it for first piercings because the staff are lovely and its overall an amazing experience 😁

I got given a silver one even though I ordered a gold one but i could not return because i was going on holiday.

I got my nose pierced by Grace in Leeds, she was very gentle and very soothing. When I got nervous she made it clear that if I didn’t want to go through with the piercing she wouldn’t make me. She also made the experience as a whole a fun, safe and calming atmosphere. When we were in conversation it didn’t feel as though we had just met, she speaks to you with ease and is very friendly! Overall ,Blue Banana was a great piercing experience and would go again!!

I bought a bellybutton bar and in the little packet they gave me a gold bar and a silver ball and are refusing to change it for me because I had walked out the shop , not happy at all . The belly bar cost £10

my peircer was really sweet! we made great jokes and we got on well, she made me feel comfortable and kept reassuring me as i was quite worried. the service in general was good, it wasnt too busy and the actual piercing came around quickly. all the staff looked absolutely amazing, all of them cool and unique in there own way wich was welcoming. its a great atmosphere and i highly reccomend if your looking for peircings 🫶🏻

MATT! Honestly he has done many of my piercings and I fetched my 9 year old daughter in for her first piercing (lobes) on Sunday 19th July.
Matt was absolutely amazing with her explained every single step even made her check the dots to see if they were in the correct place to make her feel involved.
He then explained every step from wiping her ears to when the needle was going in.
My daughter felt so comfortable with him which is huge as she can be really funny with new people.
He praised her with how well she did he was so gentle with her and she didn't even realise the first went through even warned her the 2nd might feel a bit more due to her body being in shock.

He then told her how to care for them.
We came out and she said she thought matt was amazing and she will definitely be back when she's older to get her 2nd lobes done with him.

He is an absolute super star that man!
