Emily provided such a great experience at Blacks! She was friendly, approachable, and really knew her stuff. She took the time to help me find exactly what I needed without any pressure, and her recommendations were spot on. I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to her excellent service!

Needed some camping supplies and the store had everything I needed. Staff helpful and friendly, will definitely be going again!

Bought a new pair of walking trousers from the Moor shop in Sheffield,was served by Emily who was very helpful and a delight to deal with.

Went in to grab some new patrol boots earlier today. Met by Emily who helped show me where they were and even got rid of my old ones for me. Couldn't ask for someone more helpful.

I ordered a man's rab jacket online ,when it arrived it still had the security tag on it on calling the store I was told by the assistant to bring it back and we will take the tag off,on telling her that I was disabled she said there was nothing they could do about it i couldn't speak to anyone ,I still have the jacket as it is too expensive to take bk disgusted with it all I will not be buying from them again

I returned some shoes after they developed a fault. I’d bought them via Klarna so it wasn’t a straightforward refund. This wasn’t an issue as Maddie went above and beyond to help me find another pair of shoes and to clarify the process for the refund. Thank you Maddie you are a great member of staff. 5 star customer service.

After asking Adam about whether they stocked workwear, I was pleased to hear that they have now got a few options. I chose the CAT trousers and socks as they are a trusted brand, and offer excellent value for money with useful pockets and a little stretch where they need to!

I went into blacks today with my toddler, and was greeted by the lovely Emily. Honestly she made shopping with a toddler super easy. She went over and beyond to help me find the right sizes for my little one.

I usually shop at decathlon but from now on I will be shopping at blacks.

I visited blacks on the off chance as i was passing, well laid out store, and a good choice of items, there is something for everyone in there no matter what your needs are.

I visited Blacks in December to buy a pair of walking boots. I was guided through this purchase by Jade.
In passing, I mentioned to Jade that I had previously purchased a pair of Berghaus waterproof leggings, from Blacks, and that the side zips were now broken on both legs.
Jade suggested that rather than buying a replacement pair of waterproof leggings that I utilise the excellent Berghaus repair service. I have followed this guidance and am delighted to share that Berghaus have repaired the leggings and returned them to me within the week. Amazingly there is no charge, apart from the very modest cost of my postage return to Berghaus.

I recently went to blacks in sheffield to purchase some hiking boots but was unsure of which boots to purchase, I was approached by a member of the team called Rio who helped me get the boots and size I needed, she was very helpful and knowledgeable

Went to Sheffield store on the moor and was greeted with a very happy welcome by the staff I come in to see if I could
Walking top for my partner and staff member rio was very helpful and helped me found the right size and was helpful I walked over to sale section and found a jacket that was size and found a member of staff Emily who was very polite and friendly and helpful and got the jacket down for me it’s fitted fine and she explained how warm the jacket was and also explained the jacket was very warm for my walks to work and also walks in the peaks I decided to buy both and went to till area where I was greeted by very polite and friendly staff member Adam who was very helpful at till area was very good at customer service my experience definitely dersives a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ as staff are credit to company and without good staff then company can’t stay around it was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ treatment from the staff and look forward to coming back to store again thank you Emily rio and Adam for a truly wonderful shopping experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
