Blacks - Salisbury Arvostelua 

Staff were welcoming especially a bubbly friendly lady called Katie.

I went into Blacks in Salisbury to try to find a replacement pair of Brasher walking boots. My previous pair of Brasher boots were starting to wear on the soles and the upper was showing signs of separation from the sole.
I had ordered a replacement pair online throughBlacks, but Evri managed to 'loose' them somewhere in their depot. In other words they were stolen!
I found the pair I was looking for in store. I asked James if he had a pair in my size in stock. I also explained the problem I had ordering online. He found a pair Brasher boots in my size and they fitted perfectly. The displayed price was £135. The pair I ordered online were £90. When James scanned the new pair at the till they were a few pence under £68. He did explain they were the old design not the newer version. So the same boots I had purchased 4 years ago in the same store. Well done James, I will be shopping in store again.

A big shout out to Alex of blacks Salisbury who went above and beyond to help me source the correct replacement air tube for my Berghaus tent. Finally found the only one in the country in GoOutdoors in Stockport and is arranging for it to be transferred to the local store. Best customer service I’ve received anywhere for a very long time!

Nothing was too much trouble. I asked for some replacement shoe insoles, there was one set that matched in the main shop but my wife’s pair was not on display. The assistant went upstairs into the store for 5 minutes and found the right pair.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of being served by two delightful young shop assistants in Blacks in Salisbury (one I think was called Charlie/Charley ) and I was very impressed with their friendly and professional attitude.
I am very happy with the walking boots I’ve purchased and will recommend this shop to others.

Sales assistant named Katie was ace. Really helpful, friendly and chatty.

James is so knowledgeable! It's always an education talking with him about the products I'm interested in buying. Shopping at Blacks is always a good experience.

First time for me to buy a backpack and I wasn't sure which size would be best for my requirements.Luckily for me Katie was there to help me choose the right one! I happily give her 5 stars for her attentiveness,friendliness and patience...thank you Katie!

I was dealt with in a very pleasant manner by Kate who ensured that I was satisfied with my purchase. A bag was provided for my purchase making it easy to return to my car. Thank you.

We visited Blacks in Salisbury yesterday for the first time & were served by Katie, who was very friendly & helpful.

Asked for advice on walking boots and the assistant had no information. The ones I picked up were not available in my size. She did not make any suggestions about alternatives or ordering. I left and ordered online from another retailer. This is what is killing shops. No service or trying on.

Called in to the Salisbury shop this afternoon, was served by James who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was also keen to get the younger members of staff involved in how to do things.

Had a brilliant experience today in Blacks. I bought a Rab jacket and a Rab gilet. Jacket was on sale and they took 20 percent off because we had NHS discount. Very happy shopper indeed.

Absolutely brilliant service from Katie! Helped me when trying on the coat and really approachable and more than happy to answer any questions.
I bought two in the end.

Found a pair of climbing shoes in-store today for a great price. Aside from this, I was especially impressed with the impeccable customer service of Tiegan, TJ and James who all went above and beyond to make my experience quick and easy. Will definitely be returning to this store again for all my outdoor needs.

Good in store and web service at competitive prices. Very helpful staff at Salisbury branch. Recently purchased scarpa boots at Salisbury and Berghaus jacket on line.
