Blacks - Jersey Arvostelua

Nicola at Blacks Jersey was amazing when dealing with a faulty flask. She sorted it whilst being professional and approachable. Thank you for your help and great customer service Nicola.

It’s feels good leaving the store with a smile on my face . Thanks to Angie( I believe she is the manager) thank you for helping me change my airbed . It’s means a lot to me and my husband.

Thanks Angie 🥰

Kiona in Blacks, Jersey, was very helpful.

I was looking for walking shoes. Kiona was very helpful and patient. Thank you. The Salomon shoes are great.

I went into the Blacks store in St Helier yesterday looking for good walking shoes, having already been into at least 6 specialist shoe stores. Fortunately Kiana was knowledgeable, helpful and clearly interested in her job and was able to provide good advice. She was very good to deal with and is someone I would commend to her management as worthy of promotion when the opportunity arises. Great service!, thanks Kiana.

Sussy was really helpful and found me the walking shoes I needed very quickly and efficiently - thank you!

I was looking for a beanie to run with and Sussy was extremely helpful. She showed me how to use the neck warmer on my head and it has worked great!! A delightful experience!

Anna is very helpfull in the store. ☺️

Ana was amazing
Very polaite and profesional

Had wonderful service when shopping for some boots for my son today. My son wasn't with me to try them on but Anna was amazingly helpful! She brought out all the boots that they had in his size (which was quite a few) for me to look at. He was very happy when he tried them on at home!

Hannah has great customer service skills, highly recommend thank you

I was looking for a pair of walking shoes and the sales assistant (Sussy) was really helpful. She found the right ones for me - they were in the sale and she gave me an extra discount as well. Also suggested another product which I was interested in buying. Extremely good customer service.

The manager of the Jersey branch, Angie, facilitated an exchange for me of some walking boots. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Really good customer service.

Went in with a very long list from the tour operator so was initially a bit overwhelmed, but with some good advice from Anna & Hannah I was able to start making sense of it all!

Hannah served me today, she was lovely, very friendly & helpful.

Anna in the Jersey shop was incredibly helpful and patient - I think she brought me about 20 pairs of shoes to try! I’m the kind of bloke who hates shopping so sticks with what I know and buys the same every time but needed some shoes urgently so didn’t have chance to order from usual place. Anna made the shopping experience fairly painless so I will likely pop into Blacks again when I need shoes! Unfortunately they don’t have many shoes in half sizes, hence I had to try so many - this is the only reason this is a 4x review rather than a 5x.

Offered assistance quickly. Very happy with the advice. Purchased what I needed and left within 10 mins. Perfect.

The person was called Hannah.

I was looking for a hydro pack and was immediately attended to by Hannah who was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the product I was interested in, the help she provided me with secured my purchase. Hannah is a credit to the Blacks Jersey outlet 👏👏👏
