The nice people who talked me thru the process.

Very high interest rate, When I found out that they don’t have payment plan. I paid off my loan early so I don’t pay high interest every month.Then I closed my account and blocked them. I will never take a loan from them again.

Thay made ever thing so easy and a grat experience quick and easy. The people i talk to were nice and helpful

Great customer service. They talk to you with consideration and care. You can tell they care about their customers.

The worst customer experiences, besides a couple. They also lie over our agreements on pay, instead take what they want. I don’t think that is particularly right since you are recorded making a deal with me over the phone.

Samantha Weaver was exceptional in her support of my family. I lost my job in the Middle East due to the Israel-Hamas War and my wife was severely injured and hospitalized after we had made a few payments. Well, I had been approved everything verified and approved and they wanted the same thing again but this time wanted my real photo and my account number for my personal account. Just seemed to be a run around

American Financials process was so easy and quick. The loan application did not take any time to complete and the approval amount came back quickly. I would highly recommend them for your Financial needs.

Your service rep and IT team went above and beyond. They had to reset my information in order to get my loan. Unfortunately I cannot remember the reps name, but he was amazing. Extremely patient through this whole process.

The service was great but the online application needs to be better about the kind of documents needed but overall it was good

Approved for a credit limit with ease, but as soon as I try to log in, I have to reset my password. Once that is done, I log in again only to get error messages every time I try to withdraw cash from my credit account. If I log out, then I have to reset my password every time to log back in. Call customer support and a ticket is being put in but can be up to three days to get a reply when the advertising states same day for cash. So far I am not impressed. If this ever works, it will be paid off quickly and I will not return as a customer.
