The staff at the Norwich branch were the most amazing people! Sophie was our bridal consultant and wow, she is an absolute star and really made our whole experience. She matched our vibe and was so enthusiastic. I loved that she gave my bridesmaids a cute speech about each dress before opening the curtain. She made me feel so relaxed throughout the whole process. Molly also helped us pick out our bridesmaids dresses, gave us all the options and was so sweet! Overall a lovely couple hours and I went home with a gorgeous dress, can't wait to wear it! Thank you!

Visited Wed2b store in Ashford, Kent.
Sophie and Nicky were so very helpful. I wanted to try something figure hugging due to some weight loss and they selected a number of dresses for me to try.
Made me feel so confident which in turn, made me fall in love with my figure and the dress!

OMG What a amazing day, I will never be able to thank Sophie enough for making this day so special, she let me try on the dresses I thought I wanted and then surprised me with her wild card which was absolutely gorgeous, it turned out to be the i said yes to the dress! Sophie is an absolute credit to the team and she was just one of those people you felt you'd known forever or one of those that you wanted to be best friends with, she listened to our back story and then chose me the most gorgeous dress she's an absolute superstar, thank you Sophie I'll definitely be back with photos from the day thank you to Sophie and all the team in Norwich for unforgettable experience and day ♥️♥️

I visited both the Gateshead and Middlesbrough stores, and the staff at both were absolutely lovely. They were so patient, welcoming and really listened to what I was looking for. Thanks to their help, I finally found my dress! I couldn’t recommend them enough! 🤍

I “popped” into Wed2B in Birmingham, just to look at some styles of dresses…Jenny was incredible, she asked lots of questions, reviewed about 15 dresses that we’re all different styles…and managed to pick one first time! I tried it on, and burst into tears! I felt so heard & she managed to find a style that would suit my body type, and it made me feel stunning like a princess. Thank you so much for finding me a dress on the first go!

Absolutely amazing from start to finish!
I arrived today with a list of dresses I’d seen on the Wed2b website, although a few weren’t in stock, I didn’t mind.
Becky knew exactly what I was looking for and showed me a dress that wasn’t a contender but after trying on, was a beautiful dress!
Although I didn’t choose it and ended up with the Lourdes dress (the number one dress on my list), I enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend Wed2B Kirkstall for future brides.

I had an amazing time at wed2b Central London! I was nervous going into it as had all my bride squad with me, but Ruby made me feel so at ease! I was debating a dress for a while and was able to keep wearing it to see how I felt, and I was helped with ways to customise it so it would be even more perfect! Overall I couldn’t recommend enough for an appointment that gets everyone involved and without time pressure! Thank you for helping me find my dream dress

From the minute I walked through the door I was put at ease. The team at Bromley are so friendly and instantly those butterflies in my tummy faded away. I wasn’t really sure what to expect but the team went through the process with me. Laci was amazing, and clearly knows what looks good. She really listened to what I liked, I didn’t feel rushed and within 3 dresses I found the one.
I would definitely recommend visiting these ladies, they are spot on with their dress choices and are so knowledgeable in what fit is right for you.

Honestly I was quite nervous for this whole experience, but Jessica in the Bournemouth branch was just the best!!
She asked about my wedding, the vibes, the colours, all of it - and then turned that into a selection of dresses that were beautiful and exactly what I was picturing!
She made me feel so comfortable, and really listened. She helped me to try new things and really get into what I did or didn't like about the dresses, so she could take that forward to the next one.
She was so good, I went home with dress #3 and a veil to match!
Honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience or a better person to help me with this part of my wedding!

Mooie jurk gevonden, maar de persoon die mij had geholpen kwam niet oprecht over en was erg opdringerig. Ik ben uiteindelijk de winkel uitgelopen, met items waarvan ik niet wist dat ik ze had gekocht en items waar ik spijt van had.

I came in the Gateshead store today with my daughter and we left with her dress. Izzy was absolutely fantastic, to say it was her first day you would never of known, she was knowledge, reassuring, built an amazing rapport with my daughter. The giggles and chuckles coming from in the changing room was as a mother so heart warming to hear. Izzy you found your calling in life sweetheart.

Bought my dress today in the Glasgow city store. Rebecca was amazing, so friendly, honest and just a lovely person in general. She made me feel totally comfortable and confident. Loved my experience today. X

Er werd echt geluisterd naar mijn wensen en er werd met me meegedacht als er twijfels waren.

Geen druk om een jurk wel of niet te kopen dus echt alle ruimte om rustig uit te zoeken welke jurk bij je past.

Winkel en paskamers zijn mooi en ruim en de prijzen van de jurken zijn goed!
Zeker een aanrader!

I visited the Chelmsford branch this morning and was helped in store by Alara. She was really helpful and friendly and knew exactly what I wanted. There was no pressure and no pushy-ness which I feel you can feel in certain sale situations. She even suggested I try on a different dress to make sure the one I had chosen was definitely ‘the one’. Can’t fault the branch, the staff, the cleanliness, the process at all, would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Wauw! Wat een mooie ervaring en fijne service was dit. Ik kwam voor het eerst een trouwjurk passen en vond het super spannend omdat de jurken die ik had opgeslagen niet meer op voorraad waren. Maar Naomi heeft mij super goed geholpen. Uiteindelijk een optie gepast waarvan ik niet had gedacht dat dat wat zou worden en dat is de jurk waar ik JA op zei! Ik zou deze zaak zeker aanbevelen. Prachtige en betaalbare jurken en ook echt super fijn geholpen door Naomi! Dank jullie wel!

My experience at wed2b Exeter was second to none- I was greeted by the assistant manager who was super friendly and explained everything to us. I had a consultation with the lovely Joss who was able to understand exactly what I wanted, and ended up buying the first dress which she brought me! I did try on quite a few, but after deciding this was the one for me she allowed me to put it back on with a veil and bouquet for my bridal party to see the full experience! Super happy- 5 stars all the way
