The lovely Katy in the Edinburgh store was my stylist and she was great! She listened to what sort of thing I liked and disliked and was so friendly and professional at the same time. It was a great experience and I said yes to the dress!

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring met WED2B Rotterdam en de klantenservice.

In het najaar van 2025 heb ik hier mijn trouwjurk en een sluier gekocht. Omdat ik in Canada woon en slechts kort in Nederland was, vertrouwde ik volledig op het advies van de verkoopster bij het kiezen van een bijpassende sluier. Toen ik mijn jurk enkele maanden later opnieuw paste, bleek de sluier duidelijk een andere (veel geler/ivoren) kleur te hebben dan de jurk.

Toen ik dit tijdens een bezoek aan de winkel aankaartte, werd mij verteld dat de retourtermijn verstreken was. Dat begrijp ik. Wat ik echter niet begrijp, is dat niemand verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor het feit dat een medewerker van een bruidswinkel een accessoire heeft aanbevolen dat niet goed bij de jurk past.

Ik heb vervolgens contact opgenomen met de klantenservice, foto's gestuurd en zelfs voorgesteld om de sluier om te ruilen voor een onderrok, waarbij ik nog extra zou moeten bijbetalen. Ook dat werd afgewezen. Van de klantenservice kreeg ik te horen dat het kleurverschil wel zichtbaar kan zijn wanneer de sluier naast de jurk wordt gehouden, maar volgens hen niet wanneer deze gedragen wordt. Ik zou de sluier echter niet terugbrengen, als er geen kleurverschil zou zijn. Het is met goed licht duidelijk dat het anders is.

Het meest teleurstellende is het gebrek aan klantgerichtheid en bereidheid om mee te denken over een redelijke oplossing. Bij een belangrijke aankoop zoals een trouwjurk verwacht je deskundig advies en service wanneer er iets misgaat.

Voor een bedrijf dat zich specialiseert in bruidsmode vind ik het zorgwekkend dat klanten blijkbaar niet kunnen vertrouwen op het kleuradvies van de medewerkers, en dat er vervolgens geen enkele vorm van coulance wordt geboden wanneer dit tot problemen leidt.

Kortom, een zeer teleurstellende ervaring met WED2B. Ik beveel deze winkel absoluut niet aan.

Ik had een super lieve verkoopster uit Engeland die heel veel verstand van zaken had. De eerste jurk die ze uitkoos was gelijk mijn jurk. Zo blij mee!

After returning back to the Exeter store for a change of heart on a dress, I found the experience so much different. They ladies and manager was so extremely helpful and friendly. I definitely would come on a quieter day as I think that made a massive difference between both experiences.

They made me feels so welcome and think I have found my perfect dress

Wat ontzettend fijn geholpen. Mijn favoriete jurk was op voorraad, maar eerst nog even 2 andere opties geprobeerd. Ook prachtig maar het was toch echt de jurk die we al online hadden gezien. Helemaal super!!

The3 stars are for the actual dresses and the lovely girls who hyped me up trying them on…
But otherwise 3 would be too many.
For starters CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE!!!
They added on things I was never told about or asked for… like £10 hangers and £10 bags for silly things but worst off all the underskirt… I never once asked for this and preferred my dress without… £109 added on for just that… when I questioned after leaving the shop they had no care… you should of checked the receipt is the answer I got.. both by store manager and HR… basically robbed me of £150 with no apologies just Exchange only response…
Also don’t get exciter a I SAID YES to the dress glass of fizz or even a glass off water… no drinks were supplied through the whole 3-4 hour appointment…
Overal experience was a little disappointing for something that should of been exciting and special…

Had a great experience shopping for my wedding dress. Betsy asked lots of questions to understand my wedding plans and what my idea of a perfect dress was. With each dress I tried i got closer and closer to the yes and each time I explained what it was missing she found the next dress which had it. After roughly 5 dresses I found my yes.

Was in the Dublin store on 01st Aug and was greeted by such lovely welcoming staff. The lovely Tessa made me feel so at ease. She knew what dress I wanted before I even did! She is amazing at her job and couldn’t recommend her enough! Thank you so much! Can’t wait to collect my dress 😊

Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Good choice of dresses, staff encouraged me to try some on and offered advice. Nothing was a bother to them.

Great experience in the Wednesbury store. I was served by a lady called Natalie she was amazing. She listened every word I said and got it all spot on from start to end. She brought my vision to life. I walked away with the most beautiful dress and veil. I couldn’t be happier.

It was my first even time trying wedding dresses on for my first wedding, I was welcomed by Taylor who was very calm, chatty and professional. She made me feel at ease throughout the whole time I was their showing me a range of different options and giving me lots of choices to choose from, I didn’t at any point feel pressured to buy anything she just followed my lead the whole time, would definitely recommend her and the shop. Left happy and with my dream dress thanks to her!

I had such a lovely fitting with Millie. She was friendly, patient and took the time to listen and ask questions about what I felt good in. The service was really efficient but I didn't feel rushed either. She gave me so many great options to try on and was happy to take photos for me. Maria was also really attentive and took the time to give me good advice on alteration options. The whole experience exceeded my expectations and I found a dress I'm really happy with. They checked other stores to locate a better size, which is being transferred to the Bristol store. Thank you both for making the experience so comfortable and memorable!

Being plus size I worried about going in and trying on dresses. But I was put at ease straight away. I wasn’t rushed at all. She listened to what I liked about each dress and made suggestion from there. And i quickly found my dress. But even then she was lovely when I still wanted to try different dresses just to make sure. I would highly recommend and I am gutted I can’t remember her name.
I had heard the extras were a lot but personally I didn’t find them that bad but it was also made very clear that you didn’t need to have them no pressure at all.

The staff here are just incredible. And the range of dresses too! So many beautiful options! Thank you to all you beautiful ladies, Jazz especially and the other beautiful girl with curly hair (apologies I have forgotten their name)! You made my experience truly unforgettable, provided amazing service, advice and opinions. Made me feel like a real life princess 👑
