Venture Photography Studios Arvostelua 

Tim made our digital photo viewing seamless. We were intrigued to see how they turned out. VIewing our photos in a video montage felt really special. The images surpassed our expectations, Tim helped us narrow down our favourites and choose the package right for us. Thanks venture we really enjoyed our experience and are looking forward to seeing our photos framded in our home .

We had our newborn photo shoot with Meg, there was me, my partner, our family doggie and our daughter and it was the most relaxed but fun experience we have had. We have never had a photo shoot so we didn’t have a clue what to expect but Meg made us feel so comfortable and welcome and we were able to take it at our newborns pace. We got so many photos in an hour shoot with an equal amount of everyone. Meg even added my partners sentimental blanket to our daughters individual photos which was personally made from his mom and brothers belongings after they passed. When we went for the viewing we were greeted by Dom who explained everything in detail to us. He got us sat down and relaxed to watch our slideshow of photos and WOW!!! Meg done an incredible job!! They made me and my sister in law cry! She captured everything we wanted and more!! Dom showed us the individual options we had around the studio and what style of photo looks good in what frame. He was very knowledgable and knew exactly what he was talking about. He even showed us some of the photos he personally took! And wow! They were amazing! He listened to what we wanted even though I changed my mind a couple of times he was very understanding, he took us back in to the cinema room and we went through what photos we was going to have in our selection and the rest is history. All in all it was an amazing experience and we were treated so kindly and everything went at the pace we needed it. Thank you everyone at venture Leamington Spa especially Meg and Dom ☺️

We won a photoshoot through Instagram, and the whole family had a great time! The whole process from start to finish was easy and great fun. Our photographer was Izzy, she was fantastic. Fun, energetic and great with our little ones. Our photos turned out amazing and all of us were so happy with them. When we went to view the photos, we had another Izzy help us with that. She too was great, explained everything to us in detail, accommodated what we were after, and there was no pressure to spend ridiculous amounts of money. We will definitely be going there again in the future.

This was my first experience with getting photos professionally done and I must say I wouldn’t change it for the world. Dom, Izzy & Jordan was amazing. The whole experience was a huge plus. And I must say myself and my 4yr old son felt extremely comfortable. Also don’t get me wrong the WHOLE TEAM at Venture Studios Nottingham I wouldn’t trade them for anything.

We had a photoshoot booked by Zoe with Emily in the Eton studio. Zoe was very helpful when booking in and explained everything in detail. When we arrived on the day Emily was lovely and gave us time to change baby and get ourselves prepared. I was nervous as my baby doesn’t usually smile in photos but Emily was Amazing! She took the most beautiful photos of my baby girl as well as photos of myself and my mum with her. Halfway through my daughter got a little grumpy and Emily gave us time to feed her and then we got back into the shoot.

When we came back for the viewing again Emily was so lovely, she went through everything again and when the photos came in my mum cried! They were so beautiful, the hardest thing was picking the photos for the frames! I would highly recommend Emily for any baby shoots and would definitely come back again.

This is the third time we're coming back to the studio. Eleanor was fantastic as always, putting the family at ease, creating a fun atmosphere and capturing beautiful memories. Juliet took the time to go through the viewing which was a relaxed and lovely experience.

We were given a voucher for a photoshoot experience and were apprehensive initially, as we believed the process would be a ‘hard sell’ throughout. However, Dom enabled a relaxed photoshoot and really listened to our wants and needs, tailoring the experience every step of the way. The viewing the following week was again a very pleasant experience. Dom had edited a video of the photos and it was lovely to see the range of options on the ‘big screen’. Dom was incredibly patient with us, talking through the many options and again, really listened to what we wanted. He was editing photos to meet our requests and helped us with a bespoke package that we were incredibly satisfied with. It was expensive but we recognised the effort Dom had put in to meeting our expectations and copies of every photo digitally made it feel worthwhile. Dom even recommended a great place to eat following our photo shoot; he is a real asset to the venture team.

We discovered Venture studios following our visit to a baby show and must say that the way we have been dealt with from start to finish is amazing. Our lovely photographer Caitlin spoke to us before my son’s photoshoot to give us an idea of what to expect on the day and things to bring. On the day Caitlin quickly worked her magic to have my 11 month old son feeling at ease, smiling and posing. After the shoot we were sent a preview of our pictures which were outstanding quality. We later returned and was spoken to about the next stage by lovely Beth who helped us tailor pick products to suit our needs. All staff were friendly and professional throughout to assist us through the whole process. Great experience for the entire family.

We went to Venture Maidstone for a photoshoot and came away with a truly memorable experience. A special thank you to Georgia for making us feel so comfortable throughout the session. The photos turned out lovely, and we are delighted with the results.

We had a brilliant experience with Ventura in the last couple of weeks. Our photo shoot was rrally fun, we were made to feel really relaxed by Callum and team and our girls loved the attention and posing! The after care has been really good. Everything explained in detail in terms of packages and payment options and we loved seeing all the photos back in the video montage., it was really special. Jas was also very helpful in terms of recommendations as we tried to choose our favourite photos and now we have memories to treasure for a lifetime. Thank you!

Kay was an amazing photographer, very accommodating and patient with us. She was very gentle with our lil one. Jas showed us the results of the photo and what an experience in a movie format felt unreal and so special to us being our first experience. Highly recommended

We came to Venture Studios Leicester for a bump to baby shoot and were very happy with the service we received. We were initially a bit nervous about having our bump photos taken but Dom made us feel instantly at ease and comfortable behind the camera. When we returned for our baby photos Dom and Lois were absolutely amazing with our baby boy and the photos they took were even better than we imagined they would be. Dom and Izzy made our photo viewing experience very relaxing and explained all of our printing options thoroughly. We will definitely be returning to Venture Studios in the future for any other photoshoots we have, thank you!

I recently attended a newborn photoshoot with my husband and son at Venture Photography in Eton and wanted to share what a wonderful experience this was for us.
Communication was great throughout - Beth our photographer got in contact with us a few days before to ask what style, colour palette and personal items we wanted to bring. I shared my nervousness about our baby’s health which is under investigation, and she was really reassuring that assured us we could take time for breaks with him. The photoshoot itself was really lovely and gave us as parents time to relax while Beth handled him for the solo photos.
When we went back for our photo viewing with Emily, we were honest about our budget and Emily worked with us to help us come away from the day with a handful of beautiful shots. Really wonderful photography and memories we can keep forever. Especially during a time of worry about our little one’s health, the whole experience with Venture was light relief and fun for us all.

We absolutely loved our experience from the time we came in to book for the session until we made our decision about the photo we would love to frame. Kimberly from the booking team made bookings for shoot, viewing and extra bit fun and easy. Georgia, our photographer was able to capture the most amazing newborn photos at three months when we thought it was impossible. She was patient and kind, even when baby decided that she was more interested in been awake than sleeping😂. Gigi was a wonderful delight, she anchored our viewing, was patient with us when we were trying to make our choice, she also went through the different styles of frames and frameless giving us an idea of what our picture would look like when printed. Even when it came back and we did not like the way it actually looked, we were offered a redo of everything include the frame.

All in all, it was an amazing experience. I absolutely recommend them.

We visited Venture for a complimentary newborn photoshoot and free framed photograph in July. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome by our photographer, Jenna. She was absolutely fantastic—friendly, professional, and incredibly patient with our newborn daughter. She made us feel relaxed throughout the session, we were offered refreshments, and the overall photoshoot experience was enjoyable. Jenna captured some beautiful images, and we're very grateful for the lovely framed photograph we received.
Unfortunately, our experience during the follow-up viewing appointment was very different. We were greeted by the owner, Martin, who initially seemed welcoming as he showed us a slideshow of the photographs. However, once it came to discussing prices, the atmosphere changed considerably.

We were presented with the pricing and some promotional discounts, but it quickly became apparent that the minimum spend for digital images was far beyond our budget. We were quoted around £295 for five digital photographs, which we personally felt was extremely expensive. I explained honestly that our budget was around £150 and asked whether it would be possible to purchase three digital images instead. The request was declined without any flexibility, and from that point onwards, the interaction felt rushed and uncomfortable. Martin left the room shortly afterwards without saying goodbye or seeing us out, which came across as abrupt and unwelcoming.

My main feedback for Venture is around transparency. It would be helpful if the company made its pricing structure and minimum purchase costs much clearer before customers book or attend the viewing appointment. Had we known in advance that the entry point for digital photographs was close to £300, we would have adjusted our expectations or decided whether the experience was right for us. This would save both customers and the business time and avoid disappointment.

Overall, the quality of the photography was excellent, and Jenna deserves recognition for providing such a positive and memorable photoshoot experience. While we genuinely appreciate the complimentary framed photograph, the sales process and customer service during the viewing appointment by the owner who should know better was significantly detracted from what had otherwise been a lovely experience.
