Gas lift mechanism doesn’t hold

We bought a gas lift bed and it’s beautiful but it won’t do what it’s supposed to do - the gas lift mechanism doesn’t work and the bed won’t hold the mattress up. Got in touch with their customer service via but they’re slow to reply - I’ve been on this chat for 6 hours and they still haven’t confirmed if it’s a gas lift problem or if we’ve installed it wrongly (we followed the manual accurately but their team is now saying it should be installed opposite of what’s shown). Very poor experience.

Queen Bed and Mattress

Brought a Queen Gas Lift Storage bed and mattress from here and we're really happy with everything. Easy to assemble, looks great and great quality 👌. The delivery was super quick,a day later and it was packed nicely to. Will shop here again definitely
