We understand that extended lead times can be frustrating. However, this item was purchased as a special-order product, which clearly indicates that additional lead time may be required.
The expedited shipping was still utilized once we received the product from the manufacturer. The manufacturer's lead time was approximately one week, after which we expedited the shipment as requested.

Well the item that was ordered does not fit my Tahoe. I have not heard back from anyone to see what’s my next step. I need it replaced with the right one.

You reported that your package arrived empty. As I previously explained, we are required to conduct an investigation with FedEx before we can issue a replacement order.
However, on the same day you received the package, and before the investigation had an opportunity to be completed, you opened a dispute through PayPal. At this point, we will allow PayPal to review the matter and determine the appropriate next steps.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Sent me a faulty designed product from China by their admission. Then refused me a refund. Read the refund policy..... They don't do them basically. The reply makes it seem like I was entirely outside the window. This review was delayed by months. I was not outside the window and was only offered an instore credit for a faulty item purchase. That was on backorder and when finally delivered was outside the date and designed wrong. They did offer to send me parts to rig it up. Based on this response I think I think I'm going to contact the governor's office of consumer affairs now. The item they provided didn't meet the specs in any way of what they sold me. A visor light that was about 4 inches short and they wanted me to rig it up.

If you're experiencing an issue with an item from that order, it would fall under our warranty process rather than qualify for a refund. I'd be happy to help you explore the warranty options if you'd like to proceed that way.
For reference, our return policy applies to orders placed within the past 30 days. Since your order is from October 2025, we're unfortunately unable to accept it as a standard return.

I placed order for one of their brands of equipment and has been a loyal customer purchasing their products. I was told no refund for the product I purchased and asked for a phone call from the manager and didn't receive the phone call back. I'm definitely not buying anything from them anymore so this why I'm giving them a bad Review.

I did try calling, and I’m sorry we weren’t able to connect. I also sent a follow-up email outlining our return process and policy.
Unfortunately, since you have had the product for over a year, we’re unable to accept the return. As noted in my previous email, our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of purchase.
I understand this may not be the resolution you were hoping for. However, a 15-month-old product falls well outside our return window, and I’m not aware of any retailer that would typically accept a return after that length of time.

As a returning customer for Strobes N More albeit a few years ago, I see that their level of customer service has still got to be one of the BEST I have ever seen before! I needed to get some of the older xenon style strobes for a vehicle to get ready on the road for a job. I saw they advertised the Nova brand units so I contacted them first to check on availability from stock. My Customer Service Rep. was Jocelyne. To my surprise, she informed me that stock was still available for my needs. I placed the order online and received the new items with great shipping speed! Thankyou Jocelyne for all your help that day! Your expedition of the shipping process and inventory check certainly got my vehicle on the road in time to perform the work I had to do safely under traffic conditions! I am STILL a loyal client of Strobes N More and shall remain so! Stu H.
