I have nothing but the best to say about the product. It was literally a botox in a tube! I tried it and it was a miracle, I couldn't feel happier next morning when my face looked significantly refreshed and wrinkles less visible.

I love this product. It makes you want to wake up and see what else has happened to your skin.

Easy to apply at night and simple to remove mask in the morning. My skin is glowing and fine lines have diminished. Already received compliments on my skin after 3 weeks of using.

They were fine until they charged a subscription to my account and stole my money. They kept baffling on about how they were sorry and wanted to rectify the situation. However even after showing proof that I never received the email where I had apparently clicked on the subscription button, they stopped replying. Funny that. There customer service is shit and I find them quite fraudulent!

“Mum, your skin looks different this morning… so smooth and beautiful!” Honestly, what better review could you ask for than that from your 10-year-old, looking at you the morning after you’ve taken off the mask? 🥹

I genuinely love these products. I’ve already bought them twice and I think I’ll keep repurchasing them! After just the first use, my skin already feels firmer and looks brighter.

The only downside? They run out way too quickly! 🤣

Scam warning: Do not buy!

This product does not work at all and does absolutely nothing that it advertises. To make matters worse, they engage in predatory billing. I purchased this item once, and without my consent, they signed me up for a recurring monthly subscription and kept charging my bank card every month.

I sent them numerous emails asking why they signed me up without my consent, but they didn't even bother to read or reply to any of them. They completely ignored me.

I was forced to cancel my bank card to stop the unauthorized charges. This left me waiting 10 days for a replacement. During that time, I had to rely on a virtual card with no PIN, which restricted all my purchases to under $100. It was an incredibly frustrating and terrible experience. Avoid this product and company at all costs!

So much better then Yuri . Yuri peel's off to quick and makes my acne problem worse. This product actually stays on your skin and does not make you look like your a snake that is shedding its skin.

I bought this product and it does not do what it says. I have tried to return the product and was dealing with Jessica the Customer Support Specialist and seems like they have blocked my email. They agreed to take the product back with 90 day guarantee and when I asked for a return address but now my email bounces back. They have changed the name to Dr. Delagen. I use high quality professional products for my skin care and have for years. Jessica asked for before and after pictures of me having used the product. Thankfully I had that but who would think to take pictures ahead of time? The product was shipped from the USA and they wanted me to return to China and pay the postage? This is a scam and the product is junk. I would not buy and I will let everyone know the terrible customer service I received and then to have them block my email after asking if I wanted a return address and then I am to send the tracking numbers? I guess I will never get my money back. Don't buy and tell your friends....
