ReSupply was very easy from start to finish. It was a very last minute appointment that I booked on their website for pickup the following day. In the morning the driver texted to let me know that I was his 2nd appointment and followed up to let me know that he had arrived in the area. Once the donation had arrived at Habitats for Humanity, they sent a donation form for me to complete for my taxes.

Driver Issues
My driver turned up and said that he couldn’t take the bags. I then asked him why and he said he had an injury. I then had to carry all the bags myself to the car.

Removing appliances
People removing appliances were very thoughtful throughout the process. They planned careful removal to reduce damage to other structures. They cleaned the area after removing the appliances.
They were considerate and moved quickly.
