I had a great experience at motor range. Andrei to be specific was great, good communication skills helpful and also friendly. Andrei answered all the questions I had and walked me through all the steps without any hesitation.

I decided I wanted to part exchange my Chevrolet matiz as it was a very old car and I wanted an upgrade and. a bigger car so decided to pay a visit to motor range and was greeted by your lovely lady salesperson Izzy Seddon she was fantastic really helped me in deciding which car I wanted from the start she was extremely helpful always with a smile on her face she made my experience smooth and straightforward from the 1st phonecall to the day of purchase she was fantastic throughout this process always kept me updated about the Nissan juke from it's mot to full valet all other works etc so I purchased a 68 plate nissan juke it's a cracking car I'm delighted to have a bigger newer car woupd highly recommend motor range to anyone wanting to part exchange there current vehicle or purchasing a vehicle from them.

Scumbags , don’t pay £99 to test drive a car, they lie through their teeth not to give you it back.
This is even after doing a deal to buy a car, this is how they treat customers. After chasing for weeks , being ignored by the sales guy and lied to on the phone numerous times I had to contact my bank to help me get the money back.BE WARNED

I purchased an automatic hybrid car at the beginning of June, two weeks later it broke down while I was on holiday, the recovery man managed to get it started. MotorRange ordered some parts for it but booked me in for a month later, I found out a few weeks later after it had broken down twice more that I shouldn't have been allowed to drive the car away when I first booked it in. My main complaint is that I was repeatedly refused a courtesy car which i eventually got off them after I had to hire a car myself. After having my car in to be fixed for 8 weeks it had not been sorted so they agreed to me getting a refund. I will not be returning to MotorRange for another car

I have purchased vehicles from Motor Range for many years and, based on my previous experiences, have recommended them to numerous friends and family members. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has been extremely disappointing and is not one that I would recommend to anyone.

I initially decided to proceed with a new vehicle. Due to negative equity on my current finance agreement, it did not make financial sense to part-exchange my existing vehicle, so I proceeded with a new agreement and paid a deposit.

Before signing the paperwork, I specifically confirmed with the salesman that, should I change my mind or something happen that meant I was unable or no longer wanted to proceed, I would still have my consumer right to cancel the agreement within 14 days. This was also confirmed with the finance department before I signed anything.

After taking some time to think about the decision and obtaining further information about my existing finance agreement, I decided that the new vehicle was not the right choice for me. I therefore contacted Motor Range less than 12 hours after signing the documents to confirm that I no longer wished to proceed.

I contacted both reception and the salesman I had been dealing with to make them aware of my decision. Despite this, it took almost two weeks for my deposit to be returned. I also had to contact the finance provider directly myself to ensure they were aware that I was not proceeding, despite being told by one of the managers that everything was already in hand and the agreement had been cancelled.

Throughout this process, I was promised multiple callbacks, emails and updates, but very little of this actually happened. The whole experience left me feeling as though, the moment it became clear that I wasn't going ahead with the purchase and they weren't going to receive the expected commission, the level of customer service completely disappeared.

I appreciate that salespeople work on commission and understand the commercial side of the business. However, as someone who has been a loyal customer for many years and has actively recommended Motor Range to friends and family, I expected that loyalty and relationship to count for something.

Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion of the company. It isn't simply the fact that I changed my mind about a vehicle; it is the way the situation was handled afterwards and the lack of communication and customer care that has been most disappointing.

Motor Range have not only lost me as a customer, but also the friends and family members I have previously recommended to them. A real shame after many years of positive experiences.
