Insgesamt hat der Prozess Anmeldung und Kauf mich 20 Minuten gekostet, hätte aber nur 5 Minuten dauern dürfen. Das war ein extrem nerviges Kauf-"Erlebnis". Ich war danach echt genervt

Man findet schnell was man sucht. Verpackung und Versand laufen einwandfrei und zügig. Versandkosten nach Deutschland sind jedoch sehr hoch. Im Bestellprozess gibt es leider immer wieder einen Fehler mit der Eingabe des Bundeslandes, das ist sehr nervig.

Cette nouvelle façon de commercialiser les stylos édition limitée d’Halloween dans les boîtes fermées, nous obligeant à en acheter plusieurs afin d’avoir la collection complète est très décevante . J’en ai acheté 10 et reçu que 2 sur 3 de la collection, revente à des prix astronomiques sur les sites de revente (pour ceux qui profitent de ce système, 150€ le stylo au lieu de 3€!!!!), je n’achèterai plus si la prochaine collection est vendue de la même façon

J'ai fortement l'impression que la seule chose qui compte pour Legami, c'est le business. En effet, contrairement à ce que j'imaginais, le cercueil est en carton (et non pas en métal)ce qui ne vaut pas la différence de prix avec les stylos habituels en emballage jetable.
D'autres part, il semble qu'il est quasiment impossible d'avoir le stylo rare". Mon mari et moi en avons achetés 10, esperant que notre petit-fils aurait les 3 modèles. Il n'en est rien.
C'est vraiment pousser à la consommation.
Je suis EXTRÊMEMENT déçue 😡

Inefficacité service client et chat panda
Je me suis trompé sur le code, postal de mon adresse, et quand j’ai passé commande, j’étais en tant qu’invité, je n’ai jamais pu retourner sur la page pour modifier mon adresse. J’ai demandé de l’aide après avoir créé mon compte sur le chat panda, qui ne m’a pas du tout aidé, les pages ne fonctionnait pas. Donc je n’ai pas pu modifier le code. Postal de mon adresse. Donc j’ai fait un mail au service client, en espérant qu’il puisse modifier mon adresse. Sinon je ne sais pas dans quelles conditions je recevrai mon colis. Je trouve cela inadmissible de ne pas pouvoir modifier son adresse sur son compte, que ma commande n’apparaisse pas sur mon compte, que le chat m’indique d’aller me connecter sur une page qui ne marche pas, donc j’ai repéré un problème dans ma commande tout de suite, et après 30 minutes d’essai sur écran, je n’ai absolument rien pu faire. Aujourd’hui cela dépend de la réaction de votre service client de modifier ou pas mon adresse. C’est inacceptable.

Bonjour, j'ai passé commande sur le site via mon téléphone et pour trouver les articles c'était compliqué avec le chargement des pages, il a fallut s'y reprendre à plusieurs fois.
Je recherchais les nouveautés pour halloween et j'ai été déçu qu'il y ait déjà des ruptures de stock pour le crayon effaçable panda qui est en 3 variétés différentes mais vendu à l'unité et en boîte mystère donc pour avoir la collection c'est hasardeux. Malgré tout j'ai pu compléter avec d'autres modèles hors collection halloween.

Que du commerce avec la dernière edition halloween 2026. 3.50€ pour 1 crayon mystère. 1 est en edition limitée et difficile à avoir. Une belle arnaque. Les boîtes sont ouvertes pour verifier les stylos. Vraiment dommage.
