Huws Gray Arvostelua 

After opening an account some time ago, I found it frustrating that I'm still not set up on terms, I have asked on numerous occasions about this, but it seems no can be bothered. I barely use Huws gray because of this and purchase my paint from other places.

The product that was delivered was great. However following placing my order I was supposed to be called to arrange delivery instructions. I received no call or notification as to when the delivery was coming. It was being delivered to a clients house and I received a message from them saying it had been dumped by their front gates, partially blocking the entrance and squashed and killed the plants in the flower bed. I then had to go round on my day off and spend a couple hours moving it to a more appropriate place. Honestly its pure laziness and rude not to ring and find out where the delivery needs to be dropped off. My client was not happy and I certainly wasn't happy.

Took ages to collect from depot. Message from counter was not getting through to fork lift guy in warehouse apparently.
The product was ready mix mortar for some repointing and although it did the job it was no where near the colour “ buff “ expected and noted on product details.

Ordered 2 x 500l bags of top soil. From placing the order to delivery, faultless! Delivered the next day and driver very helpful and considered as to placing bags on my driveway and very pleasant and friendly.
Service fantastic, prices very good and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Huws Gray.

The website was easy to navigate and delivery was organised quickly with a phone call. On delivery day they went above and beyond to make sure the bulk bag was put exactly where I needed it, even though it meant a little extra work for them.
