We were happy to know that if you pay the extra for express postage it actually happens. Received it in time for a present which was great. Happy they processed it out of the Wearhouse quickly.

Fast dispatch

Customer service done right

I did a click to collect order for a…

I did a click to collect order for a particular store. After placing the order, i was notified via email that the certain store i had chosen could not fill my order. I was told that a check had been done and there were 2 other stores near me and both had the item available. The email went on to say that if I let them know which store was more convenient for me to go to, they would let that store know and transfer my order to them.
They also said that if none of the stores were convenient to me they would deliver my parcel free of charge to my address, or they would cancel the order and refund me.
This in my opinion is fantastic customer service. I am more than happy with this service. 110% from me.

Excellent sales personnel

Excellent sales personnel; I love the beautiful lights, so I bought four of them at a bargain price. I am very happy with the service, and the product was ready to pick up not long after I went home and ordered online. Love Mildura GiftBox.
