Purchased a hoody (Nike) from this site . Great price and delivered within 3 days. I would certainly use them again without hesitation. The item had sold out on the Nike website.

first time using freeze got a pair of adidas city cups in white great price and great shoe went for the free delivery and was 5 days but the site does say that and if i needed quicker i could of paided for 48 delivery will be keeping a eye on this site

A few years ago, I purchased Skis with Freeze. Seeing as how I'm from The States, I was super surprised that the prices were so much lower than anywhere here. They also shipped the skis to me and I got them within 36 hours. Amazing.

This year, I purchased another pair from them because of my previously positive experience. Freeze once again was exceptional. Once again, their prices bested those in the states by about $200USD. And their staff was SO friendly and informative about helping me through the process since it was a pre-order and they were waiting on the manufacturer to deliver before sending my way.

Amazing. Will continue to refer friends and use Freeze.

Found a snowboard I wanted on their website, with a good price compared to US online shops. Decided to try and place an order. I couldn’t believe when I got a tracking number that it’s going to be delivered next day! It took roughly 36 hours from placing the order to actual delivery, from Scotland, GB to Washington, US. Customer service is very friendly and responsive, they answered quickly to my question about loyalty points and applied them to my account even though I only registered after placing the order as a guest. Wow! I’m still shocked that this is all true! I saved $120 even after paying $15 for the delivery (come on, $15 for one-day international delivery, how is that even possible?). Now I only need some snow in the mountains!

Early September, I was looking for my new pair of skis that I would be riding this winter. I became fixated on the Black Crows Atris ski, for many different reasons. Being a poor 25 year old, I obviously couldn't afford the 2020's, so I was looking at 2018's and 2019's. I googled for the 2019 Atris skis and on the shopping tab, the 2020 Atris skis were listed by Freeze Pro Shop for a lower price than the 2019's on Evo. Woah...this can't be real. I then proceeded to do my research on Freeze Pro Shop, because after all, 9 times out of 10, if something seems to good to be true, it is too good to be true. Well, the reviews were outstanding, so I placed my pre-order for the 2020 BC Atris.

They were supposed to come off of pre-order on October 1st, so when I placed my order, I made my shipping option decision based on this assumption. I got an email about two weeks ago saying they weren't going to come off of pre-order until the second week of October. I live in SLT, California, so the season starts early here. I was a little bummed, and contacted Freeze Pro Shop about it. They graciously upgraded me to the fastest shipping service, at no extra cost. I am excitedly sitting on my couch right now, on October 9th, staring at these beautiful skis.

Freeze Pro Shop is the BOMB! I have nothing but overwhelmingly positive things to say about this shop. This is how businesses should run. Props to you guys, Freeze.

Had a US zip code snafu and they offered to wait for product to return or a refund as the product was no longer in stock. Answered my emails quickly and kept me in the loop. After two weeks I wanted a refund and it showed up promptly. Good customer service and best prices I can usually find.

Bought a C-Skins wetsuit from Freeze Pro Shop through E-Bay. Money was drawn from my account and 3 days later the order was cancelled. The money has just been returned but the amount is GBP 11 less through PayPal. Will never use Freeze Pro Shop or E-Bay again.

You have to be kidding me! I ordered these skis with free shipping on Sunday night, and they were just delivered only three days later on Wednesday! This is from Scotland to an hour west of Boston, MA, folks. My wife ordered skis the day before from REI, and they won't be here for two more days. Fantastic deal, crazy fast service,arrived in great shape too. Definitely recommend. Can't believe I bought my skis from Scotland!
