Electronic Express Arvostelua 

​Extremely disappointed with the overall quality of service. I ordered a microwave trim kit showing as available for quick local delivery, but after a week of no updates, I called the store only to find out they didn't have the item in stock. Instead, they offered an open-box item with missing parts.
​No email, no phone call, and no initiative on their part—I had to chase them down just to find out my order was never going to be fulfilled. Misleading inventory online, poor management, and non-existent communication.

Employees always friendly and eager to help. Store carries quality products and is clean and organized.

This is a horrible place to order anything from. Buyers just got to your big box store anything from return to problems with a item home depot or Lowe's will be there and take care the customer.

Ordering was a breeze. Delivery was quick and efficient. The delivery guys were extremely professional and personable. Wonderful experience!

Refrigerator delivery/install, they initially had me setup for a Tuesday from 6-9pm (yes, apparently they schedule deliveries that late), then eventually it was 9:45pm and we had to reschedule for the next day because they were still knee-deep in another job and it was getting late (I work at 6 am). No big fuss but not ideal. Got it the next day, the delivery guys themselves were great, did a good job/etc.

Was told because my old refrigerator wasn't clean enough (had no food in it whatsoever but had a bit of an odor) that the warehouse wouldn't accept it so they cancelled my haul away. I got the impression that was more the warehouse guys being a-holes and not the delivery guys, but who knows, I didn't get both sides of the story.

Probably should be giving them a 2 star because of the inconveniences, but they promptly refunded my haul away fee without me asking and sent me an email letting me know, and overall the customer service was pretty good (lady was on the phone multiple times with me the previous night explaining the delivery delays, they sent me multiple emails explaining things every step of the way, etc.), so it definitely felt like they were trying.

My impression is that they are stretching their delivery service guys too thin (delivering all day and into the late evening, I'm sure the budget is tight but maybe get 1 more delivery truck going? Also working your guys 12+ hour days is going to affect their performance), and obviously the haul away thing was dumb (didn't let me know that the old fridge had to be spotless to haul away, if you're going to be that nitpicky you have to let people know). But the fridge install was good and it works well so overall I'm not super mad. If I were them I'd look into fixing these problems, most people will not be so understanding.

I have purchased from Electronic Express several times over the years. I like that they use Amazon shipping now instead of Fedex. I get stuff quicker (and tracking is much more accurate!) It was easy to find what I need and order it. They ship quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Electronic Express for your needs.

I purchased an open box Samsung low profile microwave and then the store couldn't find it. They should've sold me a new one at the price I paid for the open box one due to their incompetence.

We urgently needed a replacement refrigerator with specific requirements and EE was able to deliver next day - all with a lower price point than the major players!

I wanted a firefly yellow tundra haul and electronic express had the only one I could find online. It was on sale also

I ordered a GE Ultra 2.0 Nugget Ice Maker because I live 2 hours from Nashville where it was in stock. Tracking showed it leaving there and going to nearby Lebanon. They shipped via Amazon/USPS and my tracking ended there. The real problem is the product says Team Lift on the box. Rural carriers aren't covered if they injure their back lifting it solo even though it was maybe 50lbs tops. So I was left a note to come pick it up at the Post Office. I went there and they couldn't find it, so I returned the following day and finally got it. Took 9 days total and tracking still has it in Lebanon, TN. I should have driven the 4 hours there and back instead of getting it shipped. Electronic Express should have known to use UPS or FedEx, not USPS for this item.

Until now I don’t receive my order. Status never change.
