We had a Door-Stop composite door fitted just over 10 years ago and are very pleased with it. Some minor hinge adjustments were needed recently but our installer is no longer trading - I contacted Door-Stop directly and Eve promptly sent me the instructions to do this ourselves. Thank you!

I had an issue with my front door not shutting properly this has gone on for a few years now the installer has been out numerous times and after a while the issue would materialize again I have had a new hinge and lock but still had the problem with the door not closing properly and extremely hard to open . This time I had a lad called Ian ( a credit to your company)come out From door stop . Extremely knowledgeable explained about the problem I was having and what he done to rectify it . Very polite and tidy workmanship .The door is now closing better than it did from day one .

First class customer experience!
I must admit I had low expectations when I first reached out to the Door-Stop team, simply because our door was outside warranty and had been installed by the previous owners of our flat. However, I was so wonderfully surprised. Eve chased down the technical information I needed even when well outside her domain of expertise. The issue was resolved and new parts sent out. Responses were always prompt and informative. Such a great experience. I am very impressed. Thank you DSI team!

From enquiry to resolution. Molly and the team have been a great help in resolving the small issue I had.

Thanks team, perfect.

Emailed Door-Stop International and got a reply and pricing quote back the next day from Eve. I placed my order and payment and the seals were sent out that day. I have been using this company for many years and I have always had extremely good service. I have lost count of the number of doors they have supplied me but I cant remember having had a problem with one of them.

Particular thanks to Eve who recently kindly researched and provided additional technical background information.

Brilliant and very easy process to order a part for my door. All sorted in a couple of emails and part will arrive tomorrow so fast delivery as well.

I have received excellent service from Sophie and the team at DoorStop. We had a dispute between ourselves and the installer regarding a front door from DoorStop. Sophie went above and beyond to resolve the issues caused by the installer. All through the process Sophie's communication was excellent. Always prompt reply to emails and always available to chat on the phone. They didn't have to deal with us direct but they did. I can't stress how helpful Sophie was. It's because of Sophie and the team we got all the issues resolved well above our expectations. Thank you so much DoorStop.
