I sent up some family silver by Royal Mail special delivery last Thursday. By Friday afternoon Chards had phoned me and made me an offer and by this Tuesday the money was in my account. I have used this money to cover the cost of restoring a family grave in Cornwall. Thank you Chards for first class service.

Delivery took a week, but that's because an item I ordered wasn't in stock and I was made aware of that at time of purchase.
