Offers not being honoured
This evening I attended the Feltham Club with a voucher which read HALF PRICE BINGO PAPER OR TOUCHSCREEN. Clause No1. on the back of the card reads "Voucher entitles the holder to half price paper bingo or a half price touchscreen package at the evening main event on either of the dates shown. Excludes combo deals."
The price display screen behind the cashiers indicated that the price of a small book which included a number of games and including the game big money live was £10. The price of the lowest Touchscreen package was also displayed as £10. Common sense tells me and I am sure it tells everyone else that half price means £5 for the small book or the Touchscreen. However, the cashier said that they were only giving £2 off and wanted £8 for the Touchscreen. I chose not to play and returned home.
I really wish Hounslow Trading Standards and the body that governs the Bingo Halls would look into the practices of Buzz Bingo Feltham so that they honour their offers by charging us fairly.
Once again you can see that Customer Services have not really commented on the matter I have raised. They regularly respond in the same sort of way but nothing is actually done by Customer Services or any other department (if there are any) to make their offers clear. If the above offer was only £2 off, then that is what should have been stated in the offer.

Hi Llewelyn,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback again.
We're sorry to hear that some of our promotional messaging has caused confusion. We always aim to make our offers as clear and easy to understand as possible, and we appreciate you highlighting areas where the wording may have led to different interpretations.
We understand your concerns regarding the use of terms such as "Freebie", "Free Bingo" and "All In", particularly where certain games or products may not form part of the promotion. Customer feedback plays an important role in helping us review how we communicate our offers, and we've shared your comments with the relevant teams for consideration.
We want all of our members to feel confident that they understand exactly what is included in any promotion before visiting a club, and we are continually reviewing our communications to ensure they are as clear and transparent as possible.
Thank you again for taking the time to provide this detailed feedback. We value hearing from our members and appreciate you bringing your observations to our attention.
Kind regards,
Tia

I haven't been to bingo for such a long time, and I had completely forgotten all my log in details, the staff were very helpful and polite and soon had me up and running. I would like to say that in my point of view the food menu needs to be updated, most of the food on there is don't really eat as i am a diabetic, and I wasn't happy that there was no Pepsi at the time either, but overall it was good

Everytime me and my wife visit
Everytime me and my wife visit , we scan our membership cards and i type in my regestration.
When we are in the middle of playing every single visit we are asked to hand over are membership cards to be scanned and checked.
Its now becoming insulting.
We always ask the othet players if they are treated like this and they say never.
Why are we always left feeling embarrased , we spent thousands in buzz bingo and we are always polite and respectful, do we look like criminals?

enjoying an evening out
I enjoy my evenings out at Buzz, it is a time to relax with friends and undertake a little competition to try win some money, even life changing. However, i have to say that the choice of food is really not that great, so much fried food, and not a great deal of healthy options. Why is there no choice of either wraps or sandwiches, i do not always fancy the only healthy option ie jacket potatoes

Improvements could be made!
Spending a fortune redecorating and upgrading, however it seems that no attenders reduced over last year. There are lots of small things they could improve on and added all together wouks make better.
1. Showing what cashbuilder prize money is
2. When only one number left on safecracker show prize money for calling on safecracker number.
3. Improve efficiency of bar. Service much too slow.
4. Have the drink in the bar that is shown on kn the drinks menu *eg no rum is stocked.
5. Staff do not seem to know table nonsense to take food to and wander around for ages - although not all tables are numbered.

Never ready at the counter to sell…
Never ready at the counter to sell books
I cant stand for very long and one time I went to buy my books and he was actually putting the pound coins in the change tray for ages and told me to wait a couple of times I've gone in the club seen him there and gone home. The cook goes around swearing and shouting. One particular caller misses games because she's so busy playing in house games on table tops. It's really not an enjoyable experience for me anymore

I am sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding our pricing within the club. We try to provide a variety of Bonus Games and Package pricing as well as promotional events and vouchers for our customers to have a diverse choice of prices to choose from.
Our Menu is reviewed regularly to ensure a well-priced variety is provided however please be aware there have been increases to costs following the Covid Pandemic which has been reflected in our Menu; we're working hard to resolve these increases as much as possible.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, good or bad feedback is always appreciated and will help us provide a better customer service experience to our players.

I am sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding our Prize Money in club.
We will always try to provide the best prize money however this can be influenced by ticket sales as well as weather conditions or promotional events.
Additionally, we are working hard to improve our food pricing however due to recent global events such as Covid we've experienced increases to the cost of the food and services provided in the club.
We're constantly reviewing our menu to try and provide the best value and all feedback is helpful to ensure our future menu is improved.

People who go there are nice and you can meet other members as well as friends.
The staff are always polite and friendly. Always acknowledge you when you're there.
Hot or cold drinks as well as biscuits available when you're there late.
