Its a great place to go as they have done the place up . The thirsty dabber is great and staff are great .jamie is a great host for the quizzes /parties .
However we came down to the bar at lunchtime and the bingo screen was on loudly and noone was in there playing any bingo and it was too noisy we was trying to have a chat and play some card games but didnt stay long . We didnt understand why the bar isnt a seperate thing .
If people are playing bingo surely they should go into the hall.Too much going on tv on/ music/ .machines /bingo screen etc .Too many noises going on

Confusing Message wordings from Buzz
My concern is regarding the wording used in some of Buzz Bingo’s promotional text messages and emails, as I feel that certain terms could be misleading or, at the very least, open to misunderstanding by members.
Yesterday, 14 August, we received a text message which read:
“FREEBIE FRIDAY 14/8 SHOW FOR FREE £10 off BIG BOOK.....”
When I read the word “Freebie,” I naturally understood this to mean something being provided at no cost. In other words, I assumed that the Little Book was being given away free of charge. However, when I approached the cashier, I was informed that the offer actually meant £10 off the Big Book.
I appreciate that Buzz Bingo may have intended the word “Freebie” to be used in a promotional sense, but if members are then required to pay for the item, I think it is reasonable to question whether “Freebie” is the clearest and most appropriate description.
I have also previously raised a similar concern regarding the term “All In.” In ordinary English, “all in” or “all-inclusive” would generally mean that everything is included in the stated price, with no additional charges for the items covered by the offer.
On 9 June, Buzz Bingo sent members an email advertising a Freebie Weekend, including “Free Paper All In.” However, at Buzz Feltham, staff were announcing that members would still have to pay £1 for the Big Money Live game.
This did not seem consistent with my understanding of the words “Free Paper All In,” so I contacted the CEO of Buzz Bingo and politely asked for clarification and for the matter to be resolved. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response from the CEO. Instead, I subsequently stopped receiving the regular emails that I had previously received from Buzz Bingo.
There also appears to be some inconsistency in the wording of the promotional text messages we receive. For example, some messages say “Free Bingo”, yet members are still required to pay for the Big Money Live card. Other messages say “Free Paper All In”, while again the Big Money Live card has to be paid for. On other occasions, the wording specifically states “Free Bingo... Excludes BML and National.”
This raises an obvious question: if “Free Bingo” and “Free Paper All In” also exclude Big Money Live and National, why is this not clearly stated in those messages as well?
I am not suggesting that Buzz Bingo is deliberately trying to mislead its members. However, the different wording used in these promotions can certainly create confusion and lead members to believe that they are receiving something completely free, only to discover when they arrive at the club that an additional payment is required.
Surely, it would be much clearer for everyone if Buzz Bingo adopted one consistent and unambiguous wording for these promotions. For example, if Big Money Live and National are not included, this could simply be stated clearly in every relevant promotional message.
I hope Buzz Bingo will take this observation in the constructive manner in which it is intended. My concern is simply that members should be able to understand exactly what an offer includes before deciding whether to attend the club.
After all, there should be no need for members to interpret promotional wording or discover the exclusions only after arriving. If something is described as “free” or “all in,” members should be able to understand precisely what that means.
I would therefore appreciate it if Buzz Bingo could review the wording used in these promotions and consider introducing a consistent format that is clear, accurate and transparent to all members.

We do operate with a Random Number Generator as required to, this is to ensure the outcomes of our games are fair for all customers. With Gambling it is always nice to have a win, but unfortunately there is no guarantee that you will win the amount you have put into the site.
You should only ever deposit and play through money you are happy to potentially loose as there is no guarantee to win. Should you ever begin to feel frustrated with the amount you are winning back, we would always advise utilizing our safer gambling tools for a cool down period.

Very disappointing experience with Buzz Bingo
I was removed from the Buzz Bingo Rewards programme without being given a clear reason. When I contacted online support to ask what had happened, I found the response from the staff member extremely abrupt, rude and arrogant.
They repeatedly referred me to term 27.2, but when I actually read through the terms and conditions, I could not see how I had breached the terms they were referring to. I tried to get a proper explanation, but the member of staff simply kept referring me back to the same term rather than properly addressing my concerns.
From my experience, it feels as though there may have been an error with my account, but instead of investigating or correcting the issue, the support staff appeared unwilling to acknowledge that possibility.
The whole experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Customer service should involve listening to customers and clearly explaining decisions, rather than repeatedly quoting a term without explaining how it applies to the individual situation.
Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before downloading the Buzz Bingo app or participating in the Rewards programme. I hope Buzz Bingo reviews how these situations are handled and provides customers with better explanations and more respectful customer service.

Bingo is fine but food is not nice, chips very dry, burger was hard and dry even with lots of mayo on. I wouldn't recommend the food at all.

I was a bit nervous using the electronic boards but was assisted through the whole thing. Only go on Thursday but went to the Christmas in July event and will probably go to some of the other special events.
There is some confusion over pricing and when we went to the Christmas in July event the advertising made it appear it would be £15 but when we got there it was an extra £10 for bingo so it was £25 a bit misleading in the wording of the advert.

Regulars made me feel very uncomfortable

Regulars were very loud when some one else spoke they didnt like it. They were rude annoying and made me feel very uncomfortable
