Daylight robbery!

I ordered a shirt and was told it was not available. I was offered other shirts but I wanted a refund, I thought this was fair as they couldn’t supply what I wanted. Many text messages later assuring me a refund was on its way, I have given up. So, no shirt, no refund. I wish I had read the reviews which seem to show similar experience to mine.

The earrings are absolutely stunning…

The earrings are absolutely stunning and have weight to them. The gems sparkle and they are well worth the price. I have been buying B&W products for 13 years since I moved to the UK and will continue to do so.

A beautiful Butler & Wilson necklace.

I ordered a beautiful Butler & Wilson necklace, the delivery was fast and the necklace was protected in a leather bag inside the Butler & Wilson box. Received in perfect condition, lovely and delicate, delighted.

Lovely designs of jewellery

Lovely designs of jewellery. I fell in love with several and all were delivered speedily and.beautifully packaged. I get admiring comments when I wear them. They are pricier than everyday costume/dress but worth it.
