Safe Gas Plumbing & Electrics Arvostelua

We have used Mark and the Safe Gas team for almost 10 years! These last two visits by both Sam and Dan have been thorough and professional. Both these chaps were clear in explaining and diagnosing and in talking through options! They left everything clean and tidy when they left. Highly recommend Safe Gas!

I rely on this company to service my boiler and for all my plumbing needs. They are quick to respond, fairly priced and technically excellent. Their professional service and personal customer support has been consistent across several years. Would give 6 stars if available - highly recommend.

Efficient service and helpful information

They are all very knowledgeable hard working polite and always left the property as it was found. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company to friends and family.

Amazing service. I will be using Safe gas for all my plumbing issues

I keep going back to Safe Gas in Brighton & Hove.
This company can be trusted to provide a swift response & resolution to all my heating, plumbing & electrical problems. Without exception, their workforce has always been proficient, respectful & considerate in my home.
An excellent company!

Geat service from Safe Gas for both my electrical and boiler inspections. Professional, punctual, and very thorough. Everything was explained clearly and completed efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

After reading the reviews of several companies in my area, I decided to use Safe Gas, and I'm happy I did.
The problem I had was a 13 year old boiler with heat exchanger problems, and problems with an old shower.
My scores. The assessment 5 stars.
Office and Admin 5 stars.
Promptness, cleanliness and the job 5 stars,
The result. 5 stars. I now have a new boiler and shower which work exactly as they should, and I couldn't be happier.

We have been using Safe Gas to carry out the boiler service for many years now. They are very professional and friendly, always on time and I can't fault their service.

Safe Gas responded quickly to my problem with a leaking radiator. The heating engineer who came round was experienced enough to realise that replacing a steel pipe with copper would be impracticable, so saved me from an almost inevitable further problem later on. I`m very glad that it was Safe Gas I turned to for help.

Just had our first service on our new boiler that we had installed by Safe Gas in 2025. Very pleased with the the service and information given.

The office were very accommodating when booking an appointment, the technician was very polite and completed the boiler service in a good time. I highly recommend this company.

Great Quick Yearly service... Excellent!

Sam from Safe Gas arrived on time and was thorough in servicing our boiler which he did the previous year. Would definitely recommend this company - a good price and an efficient booking experience

Excellent service, I asked plenty of questions upfront and was always answered promptly even though I had not yet committed to the service. Mark and team were very flexible to ensure my new gas range was installed successfully before Christmas ! Def recommend them.

I was waiting for British Gas who had an extended install date, and you came to my rescue quicker than I thought possible with a boiler install, and at a very good price. Thank you.

Excellent service from beginning to end of the job. Very easy to arrange an appointment via telephone. Mark visited to assess the problem we had with C/H boiler. He was able to quickly pinpoint the issue and clearly explain what needed doing.
I received an emailed quote within an hour and then telephoned the office to book an appointment for the next day.
The work was carried out by Sam. He was very efficient and friendly......explained the various processes and completed the required work very professionally.
Very impressed throughout the process and can definitely recommend this company.

This branch of Safe Gas has carried out work for us over a number of years and once again completed our annual boiler service. As always, their engineer was efficient, pleasant and helpful. W recommend them unreservedly.

Attended my house at short notice and excellent follow up and support.

Our experience with Safe Gas was outstanding in every way. They responded to our boiler service request with remarkable speed. Sam, the engineer, was courteous, personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. Not only did he expertly service our boiler, but he also provided valuable advice on other problems we've encountered with our heating system.
