High quality garden furniture
We went into the Tunbridge Wells showroom where Sian-Louise looked after us. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the product range. We have chosen a Kensington sofa set for our garden which will be delivered in March. The quality of the product looks second to none and while this was an expensive purchase, I think it will last a lifetime.

Great service and quality

Ordered decking furniture for a golf…
Ordered decking furniture for a golf club and was assured that they would be hard-wearing for our needs.
After 2 weeks several tables collapsed.
Someone from Bridgman came out to investigate and told us it was because we were dragging the tables across the decking - unsure where they where they got this information from.
The issue is that they are poor quality. After ensuring that there is absolutely no way that the tables are being dragged there are still tables collapsing.
3 tables were sent back to be repaired. Originally we were going to be charged a repair fee but after escalating this we were charged only the delivery fee.
8 weeks after they were repaired and delivery was paid for we were still waiting for them to be delivered back to us. After chasing this up they admitted that they hadn’t arranged delivery and they were just sitting in their warehouse.
Not a great experience with this company and for the amount of money paid it wasn’t worth it at all.

I can highly recommend Bridgman…
I can highly recommend Bridgman furniture and their service. I bought my dining set and sofa over a year ago and it has fitted in perfectly in my garden. The quality if excellent and the service I received from Harry the Salesman in the Walton branch and also the staff in Customer Service when I had a small problem has been superb. I had a problem with one of the sofa cushions and they sent me a complete set as a replacement, saying I did not have to send back to old ones. I also had a problem with the cover to the table and chairs last autumn and the sent me a new cover at not extra cost.
