Peeko Arvostelua

this is not my first order and not a particularly big one but the service is faultless. And when they say next day delivery it is exactly that..the goods are well wrapped & protected & exactly as they were described..Brilliant and well worthy of 5 star plus

I needed a couple of the items quickly, and the others were thinking ahead. All were in excellent condition on delivery, which was within 24 hours, I was very pleased with that. The cardboard boxes you use are tough enough to handle delivery, but break down easily, taking up little room in my recycling bin.
As always, your description of the products was spot on, and one is already opened and in use, second will be opened in the next couple of days. The most expensive item because I bought two of it, is for Advent, as it worked out a lot cheaper than buying their Advent calendars.
As you said a couple of years ago, there will be times when a supermarket has a special offer which makes a product cheaper there, but that's an outlier, and if your customers keep their eyes open, they will know how rarely that happens.
Quality, price, service... What more can anyone ask.

Great price but not next delivery aa they always mention mire like 3 days but still good value so no bug deal

As per our video, thisse in delivery was perfect - do perfect that it arrived less than 24 after placing the order! You must have read my original grumbled that delivery took several days.
All ordered items were correct.
Again, I'll mention that there wasn't enough on the grocery side and presumably all the house and beauty products are bought in specifically for bulking up the website - no problem with that if I could make a grocery search only.

Easy to order, next day delivery and free gift. What’s not to like!

Excellent service quick and reliable used this site for many years now (used to be discount dragon) but peeko is a wicked name change..customer service very reliable and helpful items I’ve brought over the years have been fantastic no complaints from me not five star from me it’s a 10 star ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Quick delivery
Free gift-
Only thing is that delivery is £3.99 under £50
But overall happy experience

Excellent service
Will definitely use again

Would have given them 5 stars, as we eventually got there, but when you have trouble with an order (mine was damaged), you have to go through this stupid AI help desk before you can actually reach a human. Took me ages to actually speak to a human. We got there eventually, and the result was excellent.

Remember people, you have CONSUMER RIGHTS LAWs in the UK - if you’re not satisfied with items bought online you must check out your rights. It’s not clear on their website that items are several months out of date, regardless of what their bot chats insist. When items are ten or twelve months past their Best Before dates they should come with a HUGE warning next to the item! Not right at the bottom of the page where it’s easily overlooked. This is especially important when it comes to items containing dairy products. Be very careful because trying to speak to a human customer service rep there is next to impossible, all platforms only use AI bots. I’m currently waiting for a real person from their team to review my complaint with them however I won’t hold my breath. There are other channels available to consumers to get their money back when they receive goods of an unsatisfactory standard which I will use if I don’t here from them within two working days.
I will avoid in the future.

Arrived on time good quality

Fantastic service, super fast and some great deals to be had.

Delivery was excellent, made my order at 11.30 pm and my parcel arrived the following afternoon, less than 24 hours later 😊
Since the company changed to Peeko , I feel you dont do as much products as when it was Discount Dragon, especially in the cleaners section. Also when I was making my order I was going to order a couple of snacks, but noticed the dates were ridiculously out of date by 10 months, this definitely needs to be improved. Delivery very good, but other area's needs improving

Very good service all round, very attentive if there is any issue

Service excellent, fast dispatch . However experience let down by Royal Mail who for no reason couldn’t deliver on the next day after dispatch. Despite waiting in all day.

Easy to place an order well packaged with quick delivery
