Llego puntual y está gente no está en la oficina, haciéndote esperar 20 minutos. Cuando llegan no te aceptan la tarjeta de crédito que ya habían aceptado previamente, ponen todo tipo de trabas y ninguna solución ni modificación (ni pagar más ni nada ellos quieren quedarse el dinero sin darte ningún servicio), encima cuando quieres el reembolso no te lo dan porque ha pasado la hora de recogida, hor ade recogida que pasó ya de inicio porque no estaban en la oficina, además de las sucesivos intentos de arreglar la situación.
La atención en oficina es nula y no aportan nada, ojalá y les quite el trabajo la IA por lo menos es puntual y aporta las mismas soluciones y hasta mejor trato.

I booked a car for my holiday in Sardinia in March and payed with my creditcard through a broker. The reservation was confirmed and payed.

As it turns out, when you need to pay for a deposit they will decline when your full name is not stated on the creditcard with which you have payed. At the counter I got a big ‘no’ and no support or service whatsoever. They have stated it in their terms of services, but I was never informed on this issue. While they knew my credit card credentials would not meet the requirements. I have never been contacted about this, while my
Creditcard details where known at Autovia and the broker as well.

They simply screwed me over. I had to rent another car for much more money since it is holiday season.

They will state that the reservation and the deposit are two entirely different things, but without a deposit you won’t get a car either. So I feel deceived and lied to.

And basically their answer is: ‘go f*** yourself’

In 15 minuti senza prenotazione sono uscito dal parcheggio con l'auto,la signora al box è stata gentilissima e chiara in tutte le spiegazioni.
L'auto era pulita e con solo 5000 km,nella pratica c'erano segnalate tutte le precedenti righe o ammaccature.
Pienamente soddisfatto dell' esperienza.

Cancelling my fully pre-paid reservation for June 28, when I had clearly indicated my flight number, and was supposed to pick up the car at Elmas, Cagliari airport ar 23:30, due to "no show" was utterly unacceptable. You must have checked my booking, where my flight number was indicated, and you could have seen that my flight was delayed for three hours! It landed about 2:00 in the morning instead of the scheduled time which was 22:50. The next morning, the person at the Autovia office told me that I had to contact Ryanair Carrental for a refund.

Personale gentile e disponibile, auto praticamente nuova, procedure veloci sia in arrivo che al reso.

All'arrivo problemi per il pagamento e la caparra(cc digitale no, bancomat si ma solo per certe cose) obbligandoci a fare quindi l assicurazione completa, anche perche dicono che l assicurazione fatta col broker non vale niente... Poco prima di 3 ore dal volo, per andare in aeroporto foriamo una gomma. Ci dobbiamo per forza fermare. Abbiamo la copertura assicurativa totale. Chiamiamo l assistenza e ci dicono che non sarebbero stati li prima di 1,5 ore con il carro attrezzi e che dovevamo per forza consegnare le chiavi di persona ma avremmo perso il volo. Decidiamo si cambiare la ruota ma nelle dotazione mancava il dado antifurto, quindi non potevamo cambiarla. Abbiamo lasciato li l auto e consegnato le chiavi in aeroporto al noleggio e ci hanno addebitato 250€ per il carro attrezzi. Mai più ci rivolgeremo a loro.

We booked the car using a fully valid Visa credit card. To be absolutely clear, this was not a debit card and not a virtual card.

Upon arrival, we were suddenly told that the same credit card was not acceptable. We were then required to pay an additional charge, otherwise we would have lost the rental and more than €500 already paid.

What makes this particularly difficult to understand is that the additional charge was successfully processed using the very same Visa card that had just been declared “invalid” for the rental.

This condition was not made sufficiently clear during the booking process and, from our perspective, appeared arbitrary and designed to leave the customer with no realistic choice at the rental desk. Faced with losing more than €500 and being left without a car, we felt pressured into paying.

We are frequent international travellers and have used this exact credit card for rental cars around the world without any previous issue.

In our view, this was a deeply misleading, unfair and unacceptable customer experience. We strongly advise potential customers to read every condition extremely carefully, request written confirmation of all card requirements in advance, and be prepared for unexpected charges at collection.

Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.

They cancelled my booking after one hour although their TCs allows a grace period of 2 hour without mention that you need to provide flight details. Nevertheless, I checked in on their website directly a week before with all my information and yet no one even attempted to contact me. We had no other option but to make a new booking for triple the price of the first one. When questioned the lady made up several contradictory excuses with no valid reason for doing this. This happened at Cagliari airport. Terrible, unprofessional, irresponsible, inconsiderate and total scammers. In resume, my booking was cancelled without a valid reason only for me to pay for the exact same vehicle for triple the price I pre booked for. To me, this is a scam. Check EcoVia reviews and you’ll see I’m not the first.

Comoda con office all’interno del terminal e auto a 50 metri- personale gentile professionale competente- auto consegnata nuova, di categoria superiore a quella prenotata e pagata- organizzazione logistica ottima (restituzione auto alle 5 del mattino con kbox)

Auto ritirata aeroporto di Cagliari , personale efficiente, gentile e molto preparato e disponibile a venire incontro alle esigenze dei clienti, BRAVI!!👏👏

Seconda volta consecutiva che noleggio da loro. Lo staff è molto gentile e sono molto veloci le pratiche di ritiro e consegna. Inoltre i veicoli sono nuovi e ben tenuti

Auto nuova e pulita con ritiro nel parcheggio fronte arrivi aeroporto quindi molto comodo, in più personale disponibile e serio.
