Great Assistance from Alanna
My partner and I visited Austin & Blake to purchase an engagement ring and was assisted by a lovely lady called Alanna. She was extremely helpful and showed us through a wide selection of rings and styles.
We were able to make a decision on the day and Alanna was great at keeping us up to date with the progres of the ring.
We have been to collect today and are very happy 😊 , we will definitely visit again when the time comes to purchase wedding bands.

While I was relatively set on most aspects of the rings, she was able to provide great insight and perspective to ensure I selected the best ring for my partner. We had a great experience at Austen & Blake and would definitely recommend. The staff in store were very friendly and welcoming. Shivarni was brilliant with us, really honest, knowledgeable and helpful about what style of wedding rings we should go for. My partner opted for a classic band, and I chose a ring that sits beautifully with my engagement ring.
