Living Well Bathrooms Arvostelua

This is the third time our family has used living well bathrooms. They provide an excellent first class service. Thanks to Anne in the office , Paul the surveyor and our fitter Warren. Anne is an asset to the company and provides a professional but friendly first point of contact. Always cheery and helpful. Paul was very patient and knowledgeable proving that we were working with true experts in their field. Warren was here for 3 days fitting our walkin shower. His work is pure quality and cannot be faulted. During this time he was neat, tidy organised and very professional. Nothing was a problem. Thank.you guys we are so happy and will recommend you to all our friends

Great experience from start to finish. Allan Jones (salesman) was knowledgable and friendly, listening and responding to all our needs. We were grateful to accept his suggestions in view of our ages. Stuart Cox (fitter) was reliable and puncual each day. We have never known such a clean worker - what could have been a stressful few days was made easy by Stuart. We'd recommend him to anyone. All in all, we're more than happy with the installation. Thank you.

Our experience with Living Well Bathrooms was excellent. They have just installed a full bathroom for us. Great service all the way through from home visit from Phil to help us with what we wanted and needed. No pushy sales just what we asked for.

Dan was our fitter and cannot complement him enough. Perfect service highly skilled with great attention to detail. The bathroom looks perfect exactly what we wanted.

Great service at every stage from start to finish.

Thankyou

Mr & Mrs Sawford

I have just had a bathroom change into a wet room and found the company's booking process and communications was excellent..
From the moment Craig visited us and discussed what was require he was
was extremely helpful and friendly, and
Provided a clear, upfront estimate and did not push unnecessary repairs.
We found Barry the fitter
Punctual and excellent workmanship.
Kept the workspace tidy and left our home as clean as they found it.
The overall experience was excellent and I would not hesitate in recommending this Company.

Kyle came to fit our wetroom, he arrived promptly every morning, he was polite, very professional and efficient and he finished our wetroom to a very high standard indeed. Kyle went the extra mile to make sure we were delighted with our wetroom. Many thanks also to the plasterer and other fitters involved, all very efficient, professional and highly recommended.

Couldn't be more pleased. The job was carried out with minimum upset and finished to a very high standard. The young man, Dan Casey, who carried out the work was very professional and charming and a pleasure to have on the premises. He left the site spotlessly clean and removed all waste.

Excellent on all counts and particularly impressed with Mike who installed all equipment in conversion my old bathroom into a walk- in shower room g

Our experience with Living Well Bathrooms was excellent. They have just installed a wet room for us. The initial survey was carried out by Paul, who spent time establishing exactly what we needed and provided solutions to problems we hadn’t even considered.

Our fitter Warren was professional, friendly and highly skilled. His work and attention to detail was excellent. The wet room looks amazing.

Anne was our contact throughout the work, and she went above and beyond. Anne was a pleasure to deal with.

We would highly recommend Living Well Bathrooms.

Excellent customer service. Our fitter Dean was fantastic. He did a great job and made sure we were happy with everything throughout the process.

We had a walk in bath fitted on the 8-9 of October. The survey was carried out by Alan Jones who did a good job and kept us informed at all times. The actual person who fitted the bath was Kyle Scully, he carried out the work with out a lot fuss and left no mess he was polite to myself and my wife. I would like to thank him for the good job he made.

Installation of a smart toilet

Initial assessment was carried out by Craig . He spent well over 1 hour and was exceptionally knowledgeable , about both the products and the possible methods to install . We were given a price at the end of the session which we considered to be fair.

Fitting was done by Wayne . He was extremely careful to ensure we were happy with the processes and took the time to keep the working area free from dust and dirt .
At all times, he tried to avoid any mess in the house, clearing up as he went.

The completed job was unbelievably good , merging beautifully into the existing tiles . He spent time with my husband to assess the best position for the two grab rails which were installed.

The company kept us informed regarding the installation date. The overall processes were clearly explained. The phone was always answered promptly.

We have no hesitation in recommending this company .

My elderly mum and step dad have just had their en-suite changed to be more accessible for them.
Wayne Hallam was the installer and we were extremely impressed in the quality of his work and how tidy he left the area every night and at the end of the job too.
He kept us informed at every stage about what was happening.
Would highly recommend.

My parents recently had a new en-suite fitted by Dan. Excellent work and done in a timely manner. Dan was friendly and polite explaining to my Mum exactly what he was doing. Dan cleared up after the job was finished leaving the bungalow how he found it. Great workmanship and very professional. Thanks very much.

Living Well Bathrooms installed a new shower and cubicle in my house in September 2026. My experience was 5-Star mainly due to the company and installer being helpful, punctual and thorough in minimising mess and disruption. When snags appeared they acted promptly to overcome them,

My experience with AHM was excellent. From the initial survey, when I was given suggestions and help over the design and needs of the new shower room, to the finish, everything went smoothly.
The finished room is better than I could hope for.
Mike the fitter was so organised, leaving everywhere clean and tidy at the end of each day.
His attention to detail was amazing. I would certainly recommend him and ATM.

The job to put a wetroom in for my mum and adapt her bathroom to make it easy and safe for her was done exactly as requested, on time, to a good standard, and with very good service by Wayne.

What a great service they provided. My 93 year old mother-in-law needed her bath with shower over removed and a walk in shower fitted as a replacement. Craig Palmer did the survey and explained everything so clearly and provided an excellent plan of the work to be done. Dan Casey the fitter was so helpful and did a first class and professional job. The end result looks amazing. He showed a great deal of respect and really helped my mother-in-law understand the work involved. I would highly recommend this company and Dan Casey the fitter.

From start to finish, this project was amazing. My dad’s mobility getting in and out of the bath was becoming difficult, so my parents needed an upgrade — something hassle-free and quick for them.
I visited the new Living Well Bathrooms showroom in Bagshot and discussed what we needed with Pam, who kindly arranged a home visit from one of their designers, Craig. He designed two options — a bath and a walk-in shower — and we went with the walk-in shower, along with new tiles and flooring.
The whole process was well organised from start to finish. The fitters, Jontan and Jo, were lovely and made my mum and dad feel completely at ease. They were punctual, extremely tidy, and professional throughout — which matters so much when you’re working with older customers.
Craig’s product choices were spot on, the rubbish was cleared within days of finishing, and the communication between Craig, the fitters, and the company was excellent throughout.
I’d recommend Living Well Bathrooms Bagshot to anyone needing a bathroom upgrade. From the showroom to the finished project, I’m delighted — and so are my parents.

Richard is a very pleasant and hard working young man. He worked clean, tidy and professional, he kept us informed with any problems which he overcame. We are happy with the service provided and would highly recommend.
