Victoria was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was super friendly, quick to respond, and played a huge role in helping me navigate between two job offers. Her guidance made the decision process so much easier. I couldn't have asked for a better recruitment experience

While I never got the position with two roles, I thought the 3search team were excellent at every stage. Full clarity, managed expectations and kept you up to speed. They also reviewed and fed back any CV recommendations. Yasmin in particular went the extra mile and looked out for any other opportunities for me- which was hugely appreciated.

I had the pleasure of working with Olly during my placement and can't express enough how helpful he was. Provided a great overview of the company, resources and guidance to help prep for interviews, and timely feedback and next steps. Would recommend anybody looking for new opportunities to work with 3Search.

Oliver Amos at 3Search was fantastic to work with. He was highly responsive and collaborative throughout my interview process for a sales role, handling scheduling, preparation, updates, and feedback with care and professionalism. Thanks to his guidance, I landed the job. Highly recommend!

Matthew Stevenson has been fantastic throughout the entire recruitment process. He’s made everything feel seamless, handled all my questions and negotiations with professionalism and care, and has always been readily available whenever needed. Making a career move is a big decision, and Matthew’s guidance, reassurance and dedication have made the whole experience so much easier. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Best experience I’ve ever had with a recruitment firm! Alice and Michael were amazing, they checked in at every single touch point and honestly went above and beyond to offer their support. Cannot recommend enough.

Serena is a great listener and managed the whole process is a professional but friendly manner. Would love to work with her again.

Tash was brilliant - knowledgeable and insightful to what would help at each interview stage.

Communication was quick and never left doubt - any questions were answered immediately or as close to, can’t recommend them enough!

We have worked with 3Search on a few vacancies and have been consistently impressed by the quality of service provided. The team took the time to understand our business, culture, and hiring requirements and found us exceptionally well-matched candidates in very little time. Their communication was excellent throughout the process, and they demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to helping us secure the right talent. We would highly recommend them as a trusted recruitment partner.

I worked with Sarah Jones while I was looking for a new role. Given her extensive experience she was an extremely valued advisor. She was always professional and super clear in her comms and feedback. Highly recommended.

Sarah was great to work with - very honest and knowledgeable!

Matthew contacted me about a role, and from our first conversation I genuinely felt I was in very good hands.

Matthew made the process feel personal. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, was always approachable and, importantly, I never felt like I was just another candidate being moved through a recruitment process. It was clear he genuinely cared about finding the right fit.

He was brilliant at keeping me informed, answering questions honestly and making what can be quite an uncertain process feel comfortable and straightforward. I always knew where I stood and felt I could be completely open with him.

Matthew was exceptional throughout, and I’m grateful for his support. He combines real professionalism with a warmth and personal touch that really sets him apart. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or 3Search.

I've been working with Fabio at 3Search for almost two months now, and while we're still working toward landing the perfect role, his support throughout the process has been outstanding. He's taken real time to prepare me ahead of interviews, walking through what to expect and helping me feel genuinely ready to perform at my best.

Beyond the one-on-one support, Fabio's CRM Leaders meetups have been a brilliant addition — a great chance to network and connect with like-minded peers in the industry. It's clear he goes above and beyond his day-to-day remit to add value for the people he works with.

I'm excited to continue the search with Fabio and confident we'll get there. Once I land the right role, I'd have no hesitation coming back to him when I have recruitment needs of my own. Highly recommend.

Working with 3Search has been a great experience. When I began looking for a new role I reached out to Fabio and we were discussing roles that fit everything I wanted within weeks.

His communication was great and I was always really well informed before speaking to hiring managers, which meant the process just felt so easy!

I would highly recommend working with Fabio and the team

Had such a positive experience working with Matthew Stevenson from 3Search on a recent role. I felt really supported throughout the whole process - from our initial conversations about the role and what ICE Services was looking for, through the various stages of the interview process and ultimately to the job offer. Matthew was always on hand with helpful advice and guidance, and kept me regularly updated throughout. I really appreciated how much time he took to understand the role and my experience, and I always felt like he genuinely wanted to help me succeed. Would highly recommend working with him!

Always a pleasure working with 3Search!! Fabio has been amazing helping me to find my absolute perfect role! He is so supportive and great at keeping you in the loop. You can tell he genuinely cares. I’ve also used him for recruiting into my team; he’s super quick and knows so many great people in the CRM space!! Thank you very much ❤️

I had a great experience with 3Search, they helped me through a recruitment process and everything went smoothly. I felt like I could ask questions and they kept in contact throughout.

This summer Yasmin helped to place 3 roles with us across the Design spectrum (UX, Digital & Project Management) and provided a great service throughout.

Communication was clear and consistent from start to finish and in each role we had more than one candidate we could have moved forward with.

If we have any Design vacancies come up I will be sure to reach out to Yasmin again!

I’ve had one of the best recruitment experiences with 3Search. I was lucky enough to connect with Mark Paterson and Andy Sellers, who reached out with a role that was a genuinely perfect fit for my background and career goals.

The whole process was extremely smooth from start to finish. Mark and Andy were responsive and communicative at every stage, kept me informed throughout, and gave real support and guidance along the way.

Top professionals. I would recommend them to anyone looking for their next move.

I had a genuinely excellent experience working with Yasmin at 3Search.

From our first conversation, she took the time to properly understand my background, the type of opportunity I was looking for and where my experience would be strongest. What particularly stood out was her understanding of Design Project Management and her ability to recognise how my experience across design, production, digital and events aligned with the role.

Throughout the process, Yasmin was incredibly supportive and communicative. She kept me updated at every stage, was always available when I needed to speak to her and gave me useful, practical guidance that helped me feel well prepared throughout the recruitment process. It never felt like generic recruitment advice; she clearly understood both the role and my experience, which made a real difference.

She was also excellent at helping me manage my job search more broadly. She gave clear and balanced advice, was honest with me throughout and never made me feel pressured. I always felt that she was focused on finding the right fit for me rather than simply filling a vacancy.

I’m delighted to have now been offered the position, and Yasmin played a big part in making the whole experience such a positive one.

I would happily recommend Yasmin and 3Search to anyone looking for their next opportunity, particularly within Design, Creative or Project Management.
