Cake did not arrive in time as. At 30th January still not arrived very disappointing for donor and recipient

I ordred an assortment of nut butters for a gift for my pal. She loved them.

There was a glitch with delivery because I assumed the postcode was only her residence...but it was quickly fixed.

Ordered goods as a birthday present with delivery advised around 20th Jan. Still not received goods by 28th. Spoke to supplier on few occasions and they were very helpful and apologetic - apparently haulier had problems. Ended up cancelling order so I could give recipient something else. No grief with supplier - these things happen.

Exquisite cakes so fresh and yummy .they are just amazeing .worth every penny .look-forward to my next batch .

The gift was selected to be delivered on my chosen date 28th Jan for a birthday surprise, but was instead delivered over 2 weeks earlier - not at all what I wanted

The ordering process was simple, Tea arrived when expected and according to recipient's was delicious

Easy to order and what arrived for my friends as a gift was lovely--very generous portions and great quality

Main ingredients I ordered as part of a Christmas gift were not available and no substitutes were offered.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish!
I ordered Christmas marshmallows from Yumbles and I couldn’t be happier. My order arrived very quickly and the marshmallows themselves were absolutely adorable, beautifully made and perfect as a gift.
After receiving them, I asked if the printed name could be changed to my friend’s name. Not only did they do this without any hesitation, they went above and beyond by doing it completely free of charge. The customer service was exceptional.
I was in contact with a lovely lady called Melissa, who was so kind, patient, and genuinely caring. She was an absolute pleasure to communicate with and even declined any payment towards the change, which really shows how much this company values its customers. The new marshmallows arrived quickly and were perfect and went down a treat with my friend!
Yumbles are truly awesome, thoughtful, and professional. An amazing company that I would highly recommend and will definitely order from again.

I didn’t realised was signing up for a subscription and when l cancelled it cost me £5.95

I absolutely love these rich fruit cakes. I dress them every 2 weeks with rum or brandy and they are so moist and matured by Christmas. The flavour is great to start eith but this gives me the cake I want at the end of the year. Well worth the money.

Nearly everything was substituted and sadly the gift was for someone who cannot tolerate certain foods. Also they had just come out of hospital. I messaged Yumbles and they apologised. Said they would send a few items. They sent a non alcoholic fuzzy drink. I’d already said fuzzy drinks are not good.
Be aware when they say alternatives will be made. I cannot recommend

Firstly customer services amazing I missed the delivery for my vegan scone hamper.
So I chanced my arm and sent a email asking if any chance of a delivery slot, well within a couple of hours I was given a delivery slot fantastic I thought,only to be contacted again saying that as my order was fresh food we will be delivering it now xmas eve. That's customer service 10/10
The food now well we ordered the vegan Christmas scone hamper as a present for my wife her verdict was the scones 10/10 amazing

Delivery due 19/12, elderly relative stayed in all day. The order was made on 4/12, so not a last-minute impulse purchase.
Contact seller - received a message to say the seller was on holiday until the 29th December. Escalated to Yumbles, who took some 36 hours to respond, and offered very little support, as it was a weekend. I finally received some support from the website that chased the supplier. The supplier eventually responded with a weak and woolly response and a promise of a delivery on Tuesday, so she once again had to stay in all day. Issues that need to be resolved by YUMBLES don't allow suppliers to use stupid OOO, which indicates they are on leave if they are not, and seriously don't work with suppliers who finish work a week before Christmas deliveries end. Secondly, sharpen up your own C/S - it felt like no one cared, it took too long, and you just hoped that it would resolve itself, and I would go away. It was delivered - I only gave two stars as the contents of the hamper were good, but not good enough, so I won't purchase through the company again. It took this long to write the review, as I was so angry at how much time I wasted trying to get a resolution before Christmas!

Easy to select a couple of Christmas gifts for friends. Website has plenty of products to chose from.
I wanted to use local small business and those available were perfect for my gift choice's.
Great quality products, friends were very complimentary and loved their gifts.
I will be using this site again.
